After going there for a little more than year for work, I can say that I have never had a bad experience when being at Alpena Supply. The people who work here are allways a wonderful help, it's like talking to one of ur buddy's. Overall Alpena Supply is the best place to go for all ur heating and cooling needs.

ASC carries a TON of great stuff, most importantly they have very knowledgeable people working there, which helps when buying some things, like plumbing supplies. Went in to work on a well pump, found out a few things that the big box stores in town didn't tell us, or probably even knew about. Bought a new pump, serviceable, which the HD didn't have, and back to work. Great place!

I like shopping the local businesses when ever possible. Alpena Supply is top notch Qaulity when it comes to materials and service. Their pricing is competitive. I wont shop the big corporate Giants when I can help the local small bussiness.

Hands down the best hardware store/mechanical supply house in northern Michigan they sell only the best quality pipe fittings, with correct ansi threads that fit up correctly and tighten within 3 or 4 turns without bottoming out.
Their supply of pumps and well fittings is un paralleled in our area, they have a complete line of both low and high pressure hoses and fittings that they are all to happy to custom fabricate to your specs. They carry refrigeration service tools and fittings that are the top line. They carry American made tools which made my day. I am a retired mechanical contractor and hardware owner and it was a pleasure to shop Alpena Supply. Now the employees there are absolutely the best they were all polite and handled my little 59$ sale like I was buying a new Cadillac, politely asked if I needed assistance and didn’t hound me, I was allowed to shop the various rooms and get a feel or their inventory, couldn’t ask for better help!
They also carry designer bath and kitchen vignettes and fixtures

This store is amazing,so are the people who work there. This is truly a one stop shop when remodeling your kitchen,lots of cabinet choices and counter tops some I have not seen before.
