I've had the pleasure of working with Drew Hoefler on and off for the last couple of years, until we finally found the house we wanted. As soon as we were ready, Drew took care of everything we needed. He made this process incredibly stress free, and it was a blast working with him!

I would recommend Side by Side Realty to anybody looking to sell their house. Scott was an amazing asset during the entire process of selling our home. We were all of a sudden moving to a different state and had about 3 weeks to prepare to put our house on the market. Scott has experience with every facet of real estate (loan, title, purchasing, selling, etc), which was very helpful as he perfectly assessed & priced our home in this crazy, high interest-rate market. Even after the initial buyers dropped out of the signed purchase agreement after 2 weeks, Scott found a new set of buyers that same day. Again, with ease, he navigated through several proposed amendments to the 2nd purchase agreement and we closed on time - all while we were living 8 hours away! It should have been a complete whirlwind, but Scott got us through it with ease.

Just worked with Scott with Side by Side Realty on closing on our first duplex, and the experience was unbelievable. I've worked with a number of realtors through purchasing and selling a single family home (and growing up an active realtor community) and have seen firsthand how Scott goes far, far above and beyond the expectations I'd have for his part in the process.

He was available through text, willing to go look at a house on 20 mins notice, able to provide thorough recommendations on repair and maintenance professionals, extremely knowledgeable on neighborhoods, home values, potential upside, cashflow positioning, deal negotiation, closing, you name it.
