Burger King

One of the best burger kings I've been to in a long time. Everything was prepared well. The Whoppers were especially good as the sandwich actually looked like it does on TV! Kids had a good time at the play place as well.

Whoever made my burger tonight made it look like the burgers on the commercials. Amazing job. Thank you!

Food good . But drive thru line is too long always

I'm an older person who can't indulge in as much "fun food" anymore, sadly...
But I am always very satisfied with the Whopper Jr. and valu size onion rings😉Always fresh burger, crispy rings, and ice 💧. This Burger King always delivers 😋

Love my Whopper Jr. Deal of the day is 2 for $5! Or you can have a chicken wrap and Whopper Jr. Perhaps share with a friend 🤔

Like many places, they are short staffed much of the time. My visit was no exception. I saw just 2 cars in line so I thought, why not? The wait was long, possibly too long but I waited patiently. When it was my turn to order, they were apologetic for the wait and took my order. Very friendly, easy to understand, great. Then I waited some more to pay, no biggie. When it was my turn to pay I had the opportunity to meet Shantel. She was so nice, again apologized for the wait (I didn't mind but I know a lot of people would be frustrated). We had a nice conversation about the day as I waited then it was my turn to pull ahead. The wait between cars was about 6 or 7 minutes. When I got up to the window for my order, I could tell the rest of the staff was lost. It seemed maybe some were still in training. The manager (I think I never spoke with him directly) looked like he was overworked and possibly overwhelmed. Shantel to the rescue! She hopped up front and sorted the orders out, I heard her talking to someone in the back and motivating them to do their best job. She really pulled them all together and got the ship right again. There wasn't a scene, no yelling, nothing like that at all. She was just really rallying them to get through this rough spot. I've worked in customer service a long time and know a leader when I see (or hear) one. Shantel deserves any and all recognition, a promotion, a raise? Also the food was made to order, was still hot, and tasted great.

we went there today, just ate actually!! 1st* the order taker was polite & precise
2nd*the young lady taking our money was also polite had my order down perfect & last*getting our food? that young man was polite & respectful..but from what I could see & taste? 5 stars & BIG SHOUT OUT to the young polite & respectable TEAM on Co Rd 10 in B.PARK 👊

I rate a place on the food not really always customer service...They gave me what I asked for and that's fresh food....😌👏🏾🤤..Fin

The service was pretty good here but I was the only person in the dining area to order since I was on foot and unable to use the drive thru which was receiving orders much faster. Not a major issue since I wasn't in a major rush but just a bit of a longer than expected wait.

Last 2 times I’ve been here I’ve had great service. Fast and friendly. One visit I had used the mobile app, the other was order at drive-thru. Keep up the great work!

Usually, the chicken nuggets are kind of a nice to have side thing. But today the chicken nuggets were fresh and crisp and amazing thing in and of themselves.
On the drive home we ate half the chicken nuggets and they were completely amazing.

They have been improving over the last few months with better, friendlier staff and faster service.

I love Burger King. I typically get onion rings. I love frozen coke. The ham and cheese croisanwiche is an excellent choice for breakfast. The hashbrowns are actually little rounds. They have Chicken sandwiches too, they have entered the Chicken Sandwich Wars!

i wasnt even in the drivethru and heard Rose and her customer service skills was the best ive seen she is an assest to your company and she deserves to be rewarded ps tell her next time im coming to get the brownie shake

First to open and last to close. I get my breakfast and dinner fixed when I need it. The customer service is friendly. The restaurant can get over crowded at peek times. The kids playground is a plus for the kids. My kids love it here. I highly recommend

Shaboo is a wonderful kitchen manager. All the staff is super friendly and courteous. Bob (the GM) does an outstanding job and has a great crew

They have the best Whoppers and it's not fried in a pan it's been over a grill which is so much better and they are really good not as much meat as it used to be but still I love them over McDonald's

Perfect, food was great and made quickly, employees were courteous and quick.

Plus, there are quite a few very attractive ladies working here (Saturday Oct 19th 4pm)

Delightfully I discovered that this Burger King will make you lunch it will take longer than the breakfast entrees but they'll make it anytime which is Handy for me because I like to get my lunch prepared and then drive to dialysis and eat it

Fish sandwiche was great fixed just the way I ordered it. Cashier was amazing. Thanks burger king
