Being a holistic therapist, and working for myself I am aware that any injury or physical discomfort can be a challenge as it distracts your attention away from your business and impacts on your personal life.

I recently got back into skiing and paddle boarding, only to realise my balance was way off. I needed someone to help and get me out of pain and back in balance.

So I engaged Alex Loch to help me resolve both issues.
