If I could give it more stars...
It's not for everyone. But for the ones who get it, it's just "it." It has a vibe of more than just a hair salon. This is a place where you wanna bring your friends for drinks & just chill.
My colorist also did a great job on my hair. The experience was chill, relaxing, she listened to my feed back & made sure I was happy... what do you all think?

Its always a wonderful experience going to Wild Hare Salon and Gallery. Rachel makes me feel like a new person; knowing just what to do to my hair- I get complements for months, right up to my next appointment. My camera pictures don't do the vivid she transformed my hair into justice, they are just stunning. I love the vibe of the place and always feel comfortable there. SO happy I found them.

I went from dark brown to platinum blonde in two visits without damaging or losing my hair. Mackenzie is a true artist. I have had extensions by her the past year and can truly say I’ve never been happier with my hair. Everyone there is like family and they bring such a positive and fun vibe to the salon. Can’t say enough great things!

I have been seeing Amy Lee for all of my vivid color services and I always leave madly in love with my hair!! She’s an extremely talented colorist and I will continue to return back to her. The energy in the whole salon is so positive and fun it’s great to see all of the employees have fun together and that they all love working there too 😊 the pics I posted are both color services she’s done on me!

The entire staff are very friendly and dedicated to making a pleasant experience while in the salon and after.

They gave me a delicious cup of coffee, I wish I would have had time for a second one but I had another place to go.

I love going to Jessica. Iv been going to her since she worked in Alexandria which was like 4 years ago. Where ever she goes I go. Great with reds great with extensions. Every hair need I have she meets and if there is a miscommunication she will always do her best to make her client happy.

Siobáhn was amazing she did my hair perfectly!! It turned out way better than I was hoping for. She was super nice and fun to talk to would highly recommend going here!

My first visit here and definitely won't be my last! Walking in I wanted to have dramatic fainting spells on all of the neat chaise lounges - very Victorian Alice in Wonderland vibe - then Mackenzie didn't hesitate when I wanted to make a "drastic change" and transformed my grown-out, hadn't had a cut in over a year and a half hair into a short, stylish bob. It was my first time "out" other than work or a Target run since COVID and I felt very comfortable with staff all wearing masks with space for each client. Now I just need to figure out when to get back in for color!

Cindy is a true gem at Wild Hare NE. She does a fantastic job with my hair every time. It is such a fun salon and it is easy to be confident booking with Cindy Matos-Omana. She is super sweet and very passionate about hair, she is great with color and an extension pro too. Wild Hare is located in the well known Northrup King Building. Amazing hair artists set up in the amazing art building, seems perfect! Thank you Cindy and Wild Hare Salon, keep up the good work!

I cannot sing the praises of this salon enough! Mackenzie did both my balayage and my extensions installation (I-tips) and when I say she works miracles, I MEAN IT! Today I experienced a salon filled with laughter and talent. Mackenzie made sure I was comfortable and happy with my results throughout the entire process. I felt listened to during the process and felt beautiful when it was complete! If you are considering either coloring or extensions then book a consult and see for yourself how wonderful the experience is. Mackenzie has years of experience and her results show it. Wild Hare has found a loyal customer in me today and it's entirely due to all the hard work and care put into everything they did during my appointment.

Jessica will change your life with her personality and talent. Super professional and knows her stuff. I have curly hair and she knew how to cut it and style. She is so amazing at color as well. I've had a variety of colors done by Jessica and they all turn out so beautiful. Highly recommend

Mackenzie really knows what she is doing. I have had multiple appointments with her and have never disappointed. She really knows how make a girl feel pretty. I go see Rachel for my extensions and she is the best!! Really cares for her clients and I always feel that I’m provided with a safe, comfortable space. She does amazing work, couldn’t recommend more!

I had recently cut my hair very short due to self inflicted bleach damage. I felt completely out of character and not comfortable with my hair. I didn’t feel like myself at all! I saw a post from a girl that I knew on Facebook who received extensions from the co owner Mackenzie Labine and I gotta say I was blown away! I made an online appointment with her and wow did she exceed my expectations! I must admit I was very un educated and a little intimidated by weaves and extensions. Mackenzie was super kind and helpful in explaining the whole process. You can tell she wants her clients to be happy and feel comfortable about the services they receive. After chatting with her we began the process. I also highly recommend getting a consolation set up before diving in. Super informative and helpful to know whats what. I received a beaded weave installation with quality hair that Mackenzie highly recommends and is an ambassador for. The company is called Bellami and the quality is extremely good. I also have naturally wavy hair with a lot of thickness and she found some that matched the texture and body perfectly. The process was very easy (for me). Mackenzie is a wizard at her craft and is such a lovely personality that I felt like I was chatting with a gal pal. I felt like a new person when we were done. I finally feel like myself again and I cannot recommend this salon anymore than I do. I will be back for more services! Also the decor and beautiful, dark bubblegum goth vibe. Lovvveeeee it!!!!!

I see Mackenzie and she does an amazing job with my vivid color every time! Her expertise with colors and hair styles never ceases to amaze me. I've recommended several friends to her and would highly recommend her for any fun colors!

Wild Hare Salon and Gallery does a great job. My wife and I both go there and love the work they do. My barber is Tim and he is the best I have ever had, no question. He cares about getting every detail just right and provides a great experience. What more can you ask for when getting a haircut, a shave or both.

Mackenzie is the absolute best!! I wouldn’t see anyone else for my extensions or color. I had a nightmare of a hair dresser before Mackenzie and she was able to make my hair and energy bounce back in just one appointment! If you’re thinking about it, just do it :)

Karen Ignatowicz is the BEST hairstylist I have ever used. Bar None, her hair cutting skills surpass the competition in spades. I have a cowlick which is tricky to work around in my bangs and fine hair. Karri (what I call her) never disappoints. She is also HIGHLY skilled and experienced with color and styling. Every 4 weeks I look forward to my appointment and we have a great time. She is hilarious, positive, and an excellent listener. So thrilled she has joined Wild Hare Salon as they are edgy, cool, funky and fun. Cal her for your next appointment, you will enjoy her and walk away with a great experience!
