I absolutely loved the Gypsy hair gurus for my wedding!! I have very thick coarse hair with a lot of volume and have had a lot of difficulty finding a stylist that knows how to work with my hair type. It was very important for me to work with someone who could work with my hair. I had a wonderful experience working with Jessica. She is the best hairstylist I have ever had. She made me feel like a goddess on my wedding day. She also did my color and knocked it out of the park. I went back to her to do my honeymoon hair too! I absolutely loved my makeup on my wedding day as well! They also rocked the makeup on my mom, mother in law and maid of honor. Everyone felt so beautiful and cared for by the gypsies 💖💖 I highly recommend!!

Jessica & Leticia were so incredible!!! Jessica is absolutely masterful with hair and definitely one upped my inspiration photo for my wedding hair. Leticia did such an excellent job on my makeup and it lasted until I took it off the next morning. Would definitely recommend them if you want to have fun great people kick off your wedding day! LOVEEEEEEEE. Jessica & Issa made me feel so beautiful on my wedding day! The communication was so friendly and comfortable - they really heard my thoughts and executed their talents amazingly. My bridesmaids and moms also felt gorgeous and the ambiance was so nice. My hair looked exactly how I envisioned it and it held so well throughout the sunny humid day. Highly recommend them for your wedding hair + makeup needs, and beyond!

I worked with Jessica and Issa for my wedding hair and makeup, and it was wonderful. First of all their skills are incredible, there were in total 10 of us getting some combination of hair or makeup done for the day of the wedding with varying hair types and skin features which did not have a single problem. It was really easy to figure out how to work with them for the size of wedding party I had, but easily could have worked with a smaller party too. They both had incredible talent with all of us looking wonderful! They also brought amazing energy to the room the whole morning. There was great communication for arriving at the place, a lot of energy in the morning, and a nice calming presence to help me keep away the day of jitters. You could tell that this was something they love to do.
These guys also were very good about listing to exactly what I was looking for with my day of look. I wanted a look that embraced my natural curly hair and makeup that wasn’t too much and still make me feel like me which they did flawlessly. The trial I did with them had a lot of open communication for what I was looking for and what they would need to do for that and how to prepare for the big day and the day of look matched it so well!
I am really happy working with Gypsy Hair Guru and would choose them again any time.

Jessica and Issa were fantastic! They both did a wonderful job with my hair and make up. My hair and make up lasted over 12 hours. Their Communication was great and they were well organized. I felt so beautiful on my wedding day because of these ladies!

Jessica is absolutely amazing! It was very easy to get our wedding date booked with her and what services we wanted done. She was very flexible the day of as well as my mom decided she wanted her hair done and my sister wanted her makeup done.

I cannot recommend her enough! Everyone’s hair turned out amazing and Jessica is a perfectionist with her craft. When I mentioned how picky my mom is with her hair, Jessica made it a point to fix whatever it was so that she was happy and in love with it, which she was. I have never seen my mom get her hair done by someone else and actually like it, so I was very happy!

My (bride) hair turned out amazing and stayed for the whole wedding day. It was such a wonderful process working with her and her make up artist. They both did an amazing job!

Jessica was AMAZING! From the time I contacted her to book our date she was on top of everything. Communication was great and she did my hair and make up exactly to my specifications. We had the wonderful team of Issa and Jessica (and Jessica’s daughter)! I had seen them work their magic at my brothers wedding last year and decided I needed them for mine! It’s always stressful finding someone who can do about 10 different ladies hair and makeup in Such a short amount of time, but these ladies did it with no problem at all. Not to mention they did a wonderful job and are so friendly and kind at the same time. I would definitely recommend the Gypsy Hair Guru for any of your hair or makeup needs! I don’t really have any complaints and my hair and makeup lasted the WHOLE day!

Jessica is truly wonderful. She made me feel like a goddess the morning of my wedding, and that feeling lasted all through the day! My hair and makeup didn't budge all day which was perfect. She was able to incorporate a family heirloom into my hair for the day of the wedding which was perfect. I highly recommend her for all of your wedding beauty needs!

Jessica and her team were wonderful to work with! She went out of her way to make my wedding day so special. I was so impressed with her technical skill, my hair stayed curly and voluminous all day (in the 85 degree heat). My makeup was exactly what I had envisioned when I asked to look like the best version of myself. She also completed all of my bridesmaids hair in a perfectly timed manner. I really appreciated how wonderful Jessica was leading up to my wedding day as well, she made time for an out of town bride to have a hair and makeup trial on a Saturday, and kept in touch with me during my crazy busy schedule. You can’t go wrong with the gypsy hair guru girls!

I have never had a hairstylist that is amazing as Jessica!!!! I have been to many salons and have had horrible experiences because they do not know how to work with my hair. I have very thick, thick, course hair. I have also had experiences in other salons of stylists judging my hair and complaining about it. Jessica worked her magic with my hair and boosted me up about my hair type. I’ve never had this much confidence with my hair type because of Jessica. She did an amazing color, I felt like a Queen when she styled my hair!! She also did my wedding and I loved my hair so much. Something important to me was to find someone who knew how to work with my hair for my wedding. She also made my mom, mother in law, and my maid of honor look like queens too!! My special ladies were beaming on my day and it was beautiful! Not only is she incredibly talented, very experienced, she has an amazing personality too. She is so fun and a wonderful human! I highly recommend Jessica! Issa also did makeup on my wedding day. She made us all look beautiful. My mom never wears make up and she looked stunning. My mother in law looked beautiful as well. I loved my make up on my wedding day. Jessica and Issa are a great team and had great energy in the getting ready process!

I found Gypsy Hair Guru at a wedding expo as I was planning my wedding. I remember watching them practice some wedding updos at the expo. I was amazed how fast they were moving, loved how they were organized with their scheduling and enjoyed they were giving them a discount that day if we booked them. So we booked! I was beyond excited to work with Jessica that has such a heart and always keeps things fun!

When my wedding day came, I never was worried if my hair or makeup would not work out. Since Jessica practiced with me ahead of time, we talked about what would work out best and she has lots of practice with all types of hair. I knew things were under control no matter what happened. Jessica on my day went out of her way to make the day less stressful for all. My wedding party was big, so she can over to my house that morning to do some hair before we got to the venue to ensure everyone will get done. Then she drove to the venue for the rest of the hair to get done, but never complained or said it was a big deal.

I feel grateful to have Gypsy Hair Guru on my wedding day and would have it all over again. Now since the wedding, I have Jessica cut, color and do my husband's haircuts as well. So Jessica went from a working relationship to a kind and sweet friendship that does an amazing job! BOOK NOW, YOU WON'T REGRET IT! :)

When we got engaged, my fiancés dream was to have someone put rosettes in her hair. I searched and searched with no success. After doing a Facebook search someone recommended Jessica. I reached out and she said that she could absolutely make it happen. We met with her about a year before the wedding and she was super confident and excited to get to do my fiancés hair. She even went as far as to spend the winter perfecting the rosette process to make sure we had everything we could imagine. When the big day came, Jessica and Issa along with Sophie were phenomenal. They were fun to get ready with and made us all feel like queens. I hired Gypsy for my sister's wedding this July. They did all the bridesmaid's hair and the bride's hair and makeup. They did an excellent job! They were on time, had a great attitude, and were helpful in more ways than just hair and makeup. My dress was loose in the back and they even stitched it together for me! Our hair and makeup looked beautiful. Highly recommend!

Jessica, the Gypsy Hair Guru, and her makeup stylist Issa did the hairstyling and makeup for myself, my bridal party, and the Mothers of the bride and groom for my wedding this past June, 2022. It was an incredible experience and one I will recommend to anyone looking for wedding hair and makeup.

I had a bridal party with a variety of hair types and texture, from very fine to super thick and curly. Every single one of us looked beautiful and both hair and makeup lasted all night (even through an hour of photos outside in 80 + degrees)!

Jessica also had such great customer service and made the morning getting ready so fun! If I ever have the opportunity to work with her again I'll be taking it in a heartbeat.

It was the best gift we could’ve ever had for the bridesmaids and the mothers of the bride and groom…. And the bride, of course! We didn’t have to worry about how to do our hair or go someplace to get it done, our hair, and make up were all done, and nobody had to fuss with it, or have tears about any of it. It made the day so much more relaxing.. this was my third wedding for our family, and by far the least stressful because of hair and make up. It’s well worth it.!!

Jessica has been doing my hair for years now. She always does an amazing job and does exactly what I ask for. I couldn’t imagine any one else doing my hair for my wedding day. She was on time, fast, and great with my bridal party. All of my bridesmaids loved their hair. She did a spectacular job on my hair, and she is very efficient. Couldn’t ask for more. This team was top notch! They did an absolutely amazing job on both hair and makeup for my wedding day. This included myself (bride), my seven bridesmaids, mom & mother in law, and one flower girl. They were efficient with time and finished everyone right on schedule while being so detail oriented. Everyone looked gorgeous and it was the best hair and makeup experience I’ve ever had; exactly what you want for your wedding day! They are truly talented and one of my bridesmaids booked them for her own wedding next Fall on the spot because we all had such a great experience with them! This place did my hair for my wedding. I was going through one of the most stressful times in my life and my hair was falling out and breaking off. My hair had originally been almost to my but and over half of it had fallen out or broken off due to covid and stress. The hairstyles I had picked out for myself would have worked well if my hair was still thick and long but when I was getting my hair done during the trial run we realized just how bad my hair had become and how none of my styles I picked would work for my hair. My stylist tried 4 different hair styles for me because she wanted to make sure I loved it. The day of the wedding arrived and she worked a miracle. This place will forever be my salon as long as they will have me.
