I HIGHLY recommend BLVD Autoworks. Their customer service and communication with me was OUTSTANDING!! Especially these days where good customer service is hard to find. I really appreciated how well they communicated with me. Special shout out to Ben!

Brought my car in for a relatively an easy repair going through an auto insurance claim. What should have been a fairly easy claim process turned out to be a total nightmare thanks to State Farm’s adjuster. The nightmare was all on the State Farm end. Ben at BLVD Autoworks Really advocated for me and the proper parts to be used on my car!

A rebuilt alternator from another mechanic in Arden Hills croaked on me last Friday morning. I managed to roll my car to BLVD and they were able to replace the alternator with an OEM part that same day. Very grateful for the awesome service!

The team at Blvd Auto provided excellent customer service. I brought a vehicle in for an oil change. The drain plug threads stripped out of the oil pan. Ben called with options for the repair. I appreciate having options on the repair. They fixed the vehicle per my request and was ready in a timely manner.

Blvd Autoworks agreed to check my 2014 Fiat 500e (full electric vehicle) due to excessive noise during operation and also provided an inspection of critical components. A defective wheel bearing was the noise culprit and several suspension components were replaced. Very impressed with the detailed report of what they did and why! Blvd was recommended by a friend and I’m totally impressed with them. My car 🚗 is nice and quiet once again!!👍

Scheduled an oil change this time. The complimentary car wash after is a very nice benefit! I’ve been coming here for 6 years. Have moved out of the area but still come back for my service needs. Great crew!

I love this place! They are very honest and explain in great detail what needs to be done and how they are going to do it. They usually have loaner cars available which makes taking your car to the shop very convenient.

Came in to get my car serviced, helped me find everything that was wrong with my car. Explained what was wrong with my purge eval and explained what could happen once it is taken care of. Service was very nice and efficient and got me my car back and ready to drive!

BLVD is always great to work with. I took my SUV in for an oil change. It was completed timely. I started home and then heard a load noise under my SUV. I turned around and they checked it out. It was a stick that got caught under there. No charge for lifting my SUV up to find the problem stick.

Front desk staff are friendly and informative. They didn't try to sell me on additional service. The car wash and vacuum was a pleasant surprise and a great added-value!

This place is my go to in the twin cities. They do good work at a fair price. If you make an appointment they always have a loaner for you and the loaners are in good shape.

Great place! If you value creating a relationship based in positive outcomes/rapport with your vehicle mechanic shop this is your place. The service advisors are responsive, courteous, and knowledgable. There is always a cost for reliable miles driven down the road. I trust BLVD to help me along that journey with a vehicle. I don’t trade vehicles in after warranties are done. I drive vehicles long after warranties and therefore need a reliable mechanic partner in my transportation needs journey. With the ability to obtain a loaner vehicle while my own vehicle is in the shop keeps me going where I need to be (work, kids event, etc.). I love BLVD!

Attempting to sell our car and the buyer requested an inspection of the vehicle before purchase, we were in a bind and BLVD Auto was able to get us in the following morning ASAP to help us with a Pre-Sale Inspection! Checked off everything needed for the sale, provided a super simple PDF to provide to the buyer showing the inspection results - it’s because of them we were able to sell the vehicle! Thank you!!

My experience at Blvd Auto was great. Tom and Ben were courteous and professional. Alternator problem was diagnosed and replaced in less than a day and I was on my way.

Always excellent service with a smile. I had a windshield wiper emergency during a hard rain and they had one delivered and installed within hours!
