Tea House St. Paul

My go to place when I want a darn good plate of Spicy Pork Intestines! With the new ownership; there are cleaner tables, better lighting, and quite a bit more dishes added to the menu. Overall, my fave dish tastes just as good so I'm happy 😊

The food is one of the most authentic Chinese cuisine in St. Paul. It’s cozy and feels like home made food. We had cumin lamb, egg plant in garlic sauce, soup dumplings and pickled fish soup. It was delightful!:)

Best Chinese we've had in 5+years. We will definitely be back next week with friends. Sesame Chicken was the biggest I've ever seen and so juicy and crispy. Also tried the 3 chili chicken, cute crunchy little bits and you catch some heat with the little bit of sweet. Portions will give us each at least another full meal and maybe a small snack too. Can't wait to try some soup and juicy buns next time.

We got there at the end of a snowy day and ordered to go. Their wings are good, their fried rice excellent, and the Crab Dumplings are delicious!! Didn't much care for their steamed Dumplings [a must always 4us], but their dumpling seemed thick n dense to the touch, and I wouldn't get their cream cheese wontons[another must 4us] The one I tried was really crunchy and had no cream cheese, so I would pass on those two things next time, BUT everything else made up for it. Service was fast, and I look forward to trying more dishes from here. They have received plenty of awards, so.. good job

We arrived a little after 8 to dine in, thinking they were open until 9:30. They told us they actually were closing at 8:30, but allowed our party of 7 in anyway! So kind! We still got great service, the food was great! I used to be a frequent visitor over 10 years ago when I lived in the area. Coming back after so long was so great. The food hasn't changed. It's as good as it was back then!

I love the Tea House. Their food is always so good & big portions that can feed lots of people.

I used to go in for lunch all the time but just got take out for the first time & I am impressed with how smoothly it went.

Their King Pao Chicken is my favorite. I love their soups, egg rolls & dumplings.

I will definitely start getting take out here more often.

Great Szechuan restaurant located off 94! There are many authentic dishes and everything we ate was delicious.

Food and service is excellent. If you like spicy order the dry chili chicken, I recommend getting the fried rice with it as the dish is dry. Wasn’t a huge fan of the moo shu pork, it was mostly cabbage and barely any meat for $15.

Still gave 5 stars because everything else tasted great, we had a great time and our server was just lovely.

I love coming here. New owners are wonderful and we always feel welcome. Food is amazing and my husband keeps craving to go back. Our kids enjoy the food and overall can’t wait to go back.

Really good food and service! We had the sesame beef, mapo tofu, fish soup, and scallion pancake. Everything tasted delicious, and service was very quick and friendly from Kalla! Sesame beef was perfectly fried. Highly recommend

IDK I ordered Shrimp and Broccoli. I didn't like how broccoli was barely cooked , I mean not el dante even. But shrimp and crystal dumplings cooked perfect . Service very accommodating and kind. Even when. Customers are hangry . Best decor ever !!!!

Xiao long bao both in pork and crab versions and the tea smoked duck was amazing
10/10 im glad to have experienced this in my trip.

the food are still the fabulous! the place have seen better days. it now really has the "hole in wall" feel. but we were here for the food not necessarily for the decor.

Good food. Go here when ever I can. Juicy buns are great but eat those there lol

I love this restaurant and eat here as much as I possibly can. Absolutely wonderful food, quick service, and super friendly owners. Everything on the menu is delicious, though would happily recommend the Mapo Tofu or Mongolian Lamb. Everything I've had here was flavorful and delicious, the sauces just the perfect savory mix of spices and the food so good you want more no matter how full you are. Do not miss this restaurant!

We had the most wonderful meal here tonight! The food was EXCELLENT, the waiter was super nice & had a very dry sense of humor that caught you off guard. He was really cool & told it like it was. Fast service, piping hot, so very delicious! Thank you for a great experience. We’ll be back!!

The food here is so outstanding. The pork juicy buns are amazing with the vinegar sauce they give you. Also the szechuan kung Pao is always a favorite of ours. Only downside is they don't have Coke on their drink menu.

I never expected this. The place was almost empty at dinner time, yet the atmosphere, promptness of the waiter, and especially the food were exceptional. The place is a little hard to find, but is worth it.

Excellent service and some of the best food I've had in the twin cities yet. Jay did very well serving our large group of 17 people, and the food came out nearly all at once.
