I don't understand these negative reviews.

My son and I frequent this location.

The pharmacy workers have always been polite and courteous. The pharmacist on duty has ways been able to answer every question I have had.

The workers in other areas of the store are always polite and happy.

We love coming here.

These negative reviews are bogus.

I actually have lived down the road from this site and never had a problem... The stage knows me and I know them... A little home training from customers would make it easier.... Thank you

Walgreens Corporate Headquarters is deliberately undermining it's pharmacy department by understaffing the current pharmacists and pharmacy technicians. I have never had a bad experience with this pharmacy they've always been amazingly professional under pressure of customers complaining about long wait times and shorter pharmacy hours . Please hire more full time pharmacists and pharmacy technicians so this pharmacy can go back to helping this community as they have always done

I've been trying to get a inhaler refilled through my clinic. Even though they approved the refill they kept sending denials to your pharmacy. I've been on the phone back and forth between my clinic and the pharmacy since Wednesday. Today I got to the point where if I didn't have it refilled I would need to make a trip to urgent care or the E.R. I called the pharmacy this morning asking for advice on what I should do since my clinic is closed today. She told me she would call, usually they have someone anwsering the phone who can get through to an oncall Dr. She stayed on hold with my clinic for 44 min and finally got through to someone. Once she talked to them it seems it was wrapped up pretty quickly and I got a text alert that my inhaler was ready! Being asthmatic, the fear of being without an inhaler is so scary and possibly life threatening. Ann saved me an office co-pay for urgent care and the time I would spend sitting there. I've always received excellent care from both Julie and Ann in the pharmacy and I cannot express enough how grateful I am to have them as my pharmacists.

I have been to this Walgreens multiple times, they are always extremely helpful and friendly. Tonight I went to pick up our printed Christmas cards and the woman working photo was extremely helpful and pleasant.

Overall good experience. Great employees despite the clientele being difficult or lacking in understanding. Recommend it as a nearby pharmacy with other essential goods

Loved getting outstanding service here compared to Sam's club maplewood I don't need a membership for walgreen or Costco
