WORK WITH LEO! Can’t say enough good things about him. Was super courteous and helpful. Went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable driving the vehicle given to me during a predicted snow storm. Best customer service I have had in a long time

They are always so nice! Not my first time. I also love the convenience of getting in my car and leaving. I got a little confused looking for my code to leave the gate, however, the person there was very patient and helpful and I realized I was the only person making it into a rush. The were laid back, didn't make me feel dumb, and told me exactly where to find it. A+++
(I also LOVE when I get offered an upgrade. I never expect it. Considering I'm a full size person and am only allowed to reserve the tiniest classes of cars, it is MUCH appreciated!!!!!)

I have rented at the MSP Avis monthly over the past 5 months as I've traveled for work. I always receive good service, shown by staff's responsiveness, friendliness and willingness to do service recovery on the spot if there are issues. During the most recent visit, the initial car I was given kept giving a service light. After driving it for 1/2 day, I returned to Avis for a trade. Sam was happy to trade out the car. Upon preparing to leave in the replacement, I realized I didn't have my license and had left it in the other vehicle. When i went back to the office, Sam suggested I talk to the guys who check in the cars. I went and spoke to Mohammed (who is always SO NICE when I bring in the cars). He called his colleague, Jeraldo ("Jerry") to help me. Jerry went ABOVE & BEYOND. He drove me down to the "bowels" of the airport so I could find the car that I had previously driven and look for my license. The car was just about to go into the car wash when we found it. I was and still am beyond grateful and so happy. Not only would I not have been able to leave with the replacement car, but I wouldn't' have been able to travel back to Texas when leaving the airport. He basically saved me from so many potential issues by taking a few extra moments, going above and beyond, and being an exceptional service provider.

I've had such good experiences with the staff at this Avis since I started coming here 2-3x per year a few years ago. Staff is super friendly. Cars are in good shape. People like Waz, who can help you in the lot, are simply the difference between good and great service. They have my loyalty because of their commitment to great service.

Most convenient and fastest service in a high demand environment (a long line at first). Very friendly and accommodating at MSP. The line and wait were getting long so they made adjustments - which seems rare with other companies. And the return was unbelievably easy and quick. The bus came directly to the location where rentals were being dropped off. We literally only walked like 30 feet and we were on the bus to departures. I've very impressed and now committed to AVIS!

Extremely horrible experience. A large hidden fee is included. The customer service is irresponsible.

Update (Oct 12): claim filed per suggestion. However, it doesn't changed anything and the response is pretty official. I believe it is not reviewed case-by-case. "I understand you may not agree with our findings. However, your rental billing is found to be correct and no adjustment warranted for services received and billed."

Update (Oct 17): the Manager, Karen, follows up with me on this matter and is willing to address this issue. I really appreciate the support from Karen, who is very responsible and knowledgable. Will update this case again once it is fully resolved.

I have recently rented twice from Avis at MSP, and both times the service was EXCELLENT! Jose even assisted me with bringing the car right next to the Preferred Booth when it was extremely cold. The staff at MSP goes beyond what I have generally seen with any car rental.

I have been traveling to Minneapolis frequently and I always rent a car from Avis at the airport. The staff is always helpful. This last visit of mine was for a funeral and they were especially kind and accommodating.

So I'll begin this review with I am Presidents Club and had an upgrade certificate.

I was originally assigned a 4 runner and it had a VIP sign on it. Very cool. So I turned on the car and it showed oil change service needed.

Went to the preferred desk (no line) and spoke with Jackson (sorry, don't know if first or last name). I proposed a vehicle and without question, said I could have it. Let's just say it rhymes with schmercedes.

Boy was my wife pleasantly surprised.

Avis in general is on a roll for me. Ram truck limited in Seattle, Corvette in Honolulu. And now this.

We had an amazing experience at the Avis rental car airport facility in Minneapolis. After a long day of travel we picked up our rental car. The employee EDIL was extremely polite, personable, calm, and helpful. He exemplified the best customer service skills. We would highly recommend renting a car through Avis at this airport! 5 Star Experience thanks to great employees!!!

I like AVIS!!! You ran of full size cars & upgraded me to minivan automatically. The change oil soon alert was a little annoying. The info entertainment stopped working on day 2. But I Googled how to reset it on my phone and it was back up and running. Not your fault. Otherwise a very nice vehicle. Electronic billing was emailed to me within a 1-2 hour of drop off. Whoa woo!

The employees were polite and worked quickly to help the long line of customers that arrived. Employees even stayed late to ensure we didn’t have to stand in line for too long.
The entire process of picking up the car and returning the car was super easy and fast! I was amazed at the simplicity.

The car was spotless! I was impressed!!

I've typically saved Avis as a last resort- no reason really, just have been a long time user at other places. I'm really glad everyone else was booked because I never would have known how nice it is using Avis via their app. No waiting in lines, pick you car and the app tells you what spot it's in and you're on your way. Couldn't be more pleased.

Avis was a great choice for our car rental needs. We needed to drive home across a few states to unexpectedly care for a sick family member.

The Avis representative and staff were helpful and professional. The car was well maintained, equipped with fast pass (we selected this option for convenience), and provided dashboard navigation and connectivity to play our own playlists. Thank you Avis!!

Great service and selection of cars! Express checkout and return is awesome along with the Avis app. Rates are good too.

Staff were very helpful and friendly and the car we rented was just what we needed. After a bad experience with a different company the week before, Avis was a breath of fresh air!

Very accommodating and helpful as I had significant delays with my flights this trip. I was able to get the car I wanted and price was great.

Our flight had been canceled and we decided to rent a car and drive. It was 1am and we were 9 hours from home. The guy at the rental counter was nicer than anyone from the airline (Delta) he was very helpful, quick and efficient. He had a line of upset passengers and he handled it like a PRO!! We alway rent from Avis and this is just one of many reasons why I would never rent from another company!!! Thank you all

On our latest visit the Avis mobile app really surprised us. It directed us to our car in the garage, helped us change vehicles and skip the line at the counter, and provided a code and e-contract to help us exit the facility quicker and easier. The vehicle worked very well. No complaints there. The return staff was very professional and friendly and helped us through the process quickly. This visit couldn't have provided a better experience.

Easy to get to the rental center from terminal 1 via the tram. Friendly staff. With clean new cars.
