Pet Pros

This was my 1st time visit to Pet Pros. The associate was pleasant, patient, understanding and willing to listen and helpful. I did not feel rushed to make a decision to make a purchase or to choose any particular product. I definitely recommend Pet Pros to my friends or anyone seeking help with pet food questions.

This shop is staffed by friendly and caring people. The products are all things I feel comfortable and confident are safe for my pets. The pricing, while not low, is very reasonable for a typical household budget. 10/10, I am new to the area and this is my new go to place for pet supplies.

I've never had a less than pleasant experience here. Everyone is nice, patient, and friendly - but also efficient. There's always a good amount of stock, and fun new things to browse for my cats and dogs.

Pet Pros is awesome! Staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and excited to help. I am the new parent of an adult cat and was totally lost on appropriate food and feeding schedules. Over two visits to the store, staff took the time to learn the details of my new kitty and make recommendations based on kitty's needs, my needs, and cost. Happy to say that I'll be restocking my cat's food from this store over and over (and maybe trying some new treats along the way). Truly an above and beyond business!

I support local stores.
They have most of what i need , and when they don't, they get it in for me within that same week. The clerks are always friendly too. Thank you for coming to work.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Great selection of jackets and I love that I was able to bring Pattie in to try them on before I purchase them.

Always love it here, they're one of the few pet food stores that actually carries food that's good for my cats.
Associates are always a pleasure as well, so much so that we oftentimes end up getting caught in silly conversations about pets.

Wonderful, staff was great helping me find a good brand that was affordable and good for my allergy sensitive breed dog. Was my first time there. Will definitely be returning.

Always friendly and so helpful. I have a auto-order for dog food, and one associate called me because the food I order had gone on sale. She was able to get me the sale price, which I would have otherwise missed. Great service!

I found everything I needed in one stop. The people were friendly and knowledgeable.

The young gentleman working on Friday night is fantastic! He truly cares about pets and customer service. I’m used to seeing employees towards the end of their shift hanging out at the counter on their phone waiting to get off. This employee was out in the aisles straightening products so the store is organized, clean and presentable. He takes pride in his work and it shows!

I moved to the area recently and was unable to find a retailer for my dog’s food. They were able to special order it for me and set up a reoccurring order so I didn’t have to deal with online ordering. Absolutely fantastic help and support and I highly recommend Pet Pros!

I love going to pet pros. They have the friendliest staff always very kind and helpful. They always ask about my cats and we share pictures of are pets. I would recommend shopping for your pets there.
