Great customer service by Vishal, who works in overnight. Really nice guy, helped us really fast. Had a nice conversation with him. I hope he get a good raise.

I don't care what you say, 711, region wide has become our local modern day mercantile store. With one stop shopping, having most necessities, and with their rise amongst pizza makers, i totally appreciate and respect my local 711.

Just needed to return my Redbox movie and grab some smokes, which they work good for since they accept all the mobile/online $1.50 off coupons for all types of smokes. This is just nice bc not every corner store or gas station accepts those coupons off my phone so 7-11s are cool bc after tax I never pay more than $7.55 for any type of smokes which is great for my budget.

Had a nice experience here. Very patient employees, putting up with rude customers. Only thing I experienced was not being able to use the restroom because one of the customers locked the keys in the restroom. Staff should keep spare keys laying around for when this happens. Side note I think they closed restrooms on purpose, been in there three times now and still the same excuse.

I love that it had updated Slurpee machines because I love the lemonade touch screen Slurpee. That being said the owner needs to step up the game because every single napkin container was completely empty and I couldn't get any even from me on the counter so my Sarpy was Dripping on the floor which made it really sticky right next to the checkout. What a shame for such a new updated store to have such bad employees running it.

Needs more lights in parking lot at night very scary area.. won't be back.

Clerk will short change you a dollar or 2 if he thinks he will get away with it. Avoid

My brother was overcharged $12 today by the woman working register (for two large slurpees). She didn’t seem to recognize him despite returning only 10 minutes later for his money back. She refused to give me the manager or any higher ups number so I could contact them about this “mistake.” She overcharged the price of a pack of cigarettes (her coworker pointed out) and it seems like the cashiers are pocketing money or store product and hoping customers don’t notice. Don’t shop here.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I go here on a daily basis and still have people watch me as I go down aisle yet will still take minutes to even get to the register when I’m actually making a purchase. This place makes it stressful to even go to 7-11…..

I discovered when I got home, a gallon of milk was past sell by date. Sour.

EVERY TIME I ENTER STORE MASKS ARE NOT BEING WORN PROPERLY! I contacted state and 7-11 customer service. Obviously, they are not concerned about the law violations reported to them by both organizations. THEY ARE STILL BREAKING THE LAW AND ENDANGERING OUR SAFETY!

Horrible customer service during daytime, & at night the new guy closes up for 2hrs or more doing noting when it an 24hr business! If your not going to live up by that then it should be permanently removed from my neighborhood period & have an actual 24hr store to replace this 7-11!!!

Just bought 2 pizza pockets, brought them home, had mold all over them. The time before last, bought milk and it turned out to be rotten and 2 weeks past it's expiration date. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!

Store owner stated he was not willing to hire white people. From the employees that seems like this is all true. Hate Crime central.
