We bought a phone from a private seller and the team here was able to verify that the phone isn’t black listed or not financed.
They helped us transfer our information from old phone to new phone and everything was quick and smooth.

I dont remember her name but whoever was there tonight that helped me with my SIM card issue was amazing at her job. I went in not knowing what to do and I told her that my SIM card just suddenly stopped working. Within a few minutes she was already replacing my SIM card with a new one and in about 15 minutes it started working again and I was able to use my phone again. She said there was no charge and it literally took me just a few minutes in the store and my problem got fixed. She said she was new at her job but I've worked in customer service for 10 years and she was doing an amazing job as far as customer service goes. Calm and easy to talk to and made the problem I was having really easy to deal with. Thank you for hiring great staff it was definitely needed tonight. I will definitely be back to this store if I ever run into any more issues that I don't know how to fix. This was at around 6:30 at night so whoever was working at 6:30 tonight was the person that was helping me and I really appreciate it. Keep doing a great job.

This T-Mobile store is usually ok however one employee is responsible for all 5 GOLD stars.
Payton is an amazing T-Mobile employee and goes above and beyond anything I could have expected in helping me with my family’s cellular needs. By far my best experience with a solid company and I only expect more great experiences with T-Mobile if they continue to hire and promote employees like Payton from the Benson store.

Christine made our visit to T-Mobile all worth while. She had my new phone set up in 5 minutes. I highly recommend this store, make sure to ask for Christine.

Went into T-Mobile today to transfer four lines of service on to T-Mobile from other carriers. Our experience was exceptional with the help of Orlando and Sam. Their customer service was excellent. They were very patient, and were able to troubleshoot all of our issues. All four of us walked out very happy and would gladly do it again with their assistance. We got everything we needed and wanted and all of us are quite content. I wish I could have the same experience when interacting doing business however this has been more of an exception rather than the rule of late.Thank you so much Sam & Orlando!

Austin C at the Benson branch is awesome! He worked with our family to get us the perfect plan and answered all of our questions. He was fully transparent and explained every aspect of our new plans as well as different features of the different phones we were interested in. He’s very knowledgeable, honest, friendly, and helpful. He also recommended various optional items such as the WiFi locking device, cases, and screen protectors but there was never any pressure to buy. He simply informed us and waited for us to make decisions.

A couple things we noticed as we were there for a while was Austin’s gracious attitude towards every customer as well as to his co-worker Tommy. Austin helped Tommy briefly with a few things while still completing his work getting our accounts set up. He greeted every person that walked through the doors and at one point, excused himself to go open the door for someone in a wheelchair. It’s very refreshing to see someone with his level of kindness and service. This is what impressed me the most. Please convey our appreciation to him for going above and beyond expectations.

I cannot recommend this T Mobile store enough!!! They have all the great T-Mobile deals, but what makes it exceptional is the customer service!!! Austin and Tommy are both fantastic! They helped us to get great deals that fit our plan and our needs. But they went ABOVE and beyond with helping us to transfer our info into the new phones. We had several issues, some due to our knowledge of Apple products, some problems with the Apple software. Both Austin and Tommy spent a ton of time with us, always being professional, helpful and they solved all our issues and saved me a trip to the Apple Store! Thank you Austin and Tommy, I will recommend this store to all my friends! We appreciated your help very, very much!!!!

Orlando at store #1729 was my hero today! He is professional and delivered friendly, immediate service and solved my phone challenge in a matter of moments. I saw him be polite and honor other customers in the store

Came in with my brothers and grandma. Samaria and Orlando went out of their way to make sure we had an amazing experience. They made the process so smooth and fast. Quick to answer any questions and would even bring up questions I hadn’t thought about. Definitely recommend this store and staff to anybody dealing with T-Mobile for whatever needs you may have

We were greeted the moment we walked in. We came in to upgrade one of our phones. They were busy but told us they would be right with us. We were helped by the manager, Sam and Austin. Both Austin and Sam were friendly and knowledgeable. They informed us of all specials and promos but it didn't feel like they were force selling us. Austin even brought us water while we waited. It was a busy night with only 3 staff and they were handling it well.

Came in with a fairly odd request, the person who helped me understood right away and was able to help me out. This was my first experience with T-Mobile and the store was in great shape and they had plenty of employees working. Overall great experience.

Austin was great! he worked with us for two separate days, put up with my indecisiveness and made it as cheap and easy as possible! i switched over from Verizon and already i am so happy that i did!! great customer service from all of the members :)

Best T-Mobile store I’ve been to. I’ve came to this specific store multiple times and for multiple reasons. First off, everyone that’s there you can tell that they love their job and they actually want to be there. Second, they’re not boring they’ll make jokes with you and make you feel at home. Third, they will always take care of you & work with you. They listen and they’re not pressuring you to buy things, if anything they’re recommend products that would better suit your needs based upon your askings. Although the previous ratings were low, that’s because it was a whole different crew. But this crew is way better and definitely 5-star worthy. Austin, Sam, and 2 other gentlemen that I didn’t catch their name have great customer service. In all T-Mobile Benson is the store you should be going to.

This location is so great Orlando provided excellent customers service and was very patient with us providing us with the best options to fit our needs. Will def come back to be assisted by him again! Thanks Orlando!
