I wish I could give this place 0 stars after the customer service I received. I tried to purchase an item behind the glass and they would not let me purchase it. Instead, they forced me to buy a product that does not work. When I came to return the defective item, I was told that they had a strict 2 week policy even though I didn’t even receive a receipt from them and this was the first time I had heard about it. The man behind the counter was also extremely condescending and said that I must not have known what I wanted if I was convinced to buy a different item. A shame. This was the 4th purchase I have made from them, and trust me, I will not be returning again.

Hey I just left this Broadway tobacco place. I DO NOT recommend this place at all. The man tried charging me $5 for 1 coil. That's about 5x what the normal cost is. He obviously saw I was in a rush and tried taking advantage. I'm feeling pretty disrespected.
