Dr. Sullivan was great. And he had to give up his lunch to deal with some serious patient conditions, like mine, today.... The staff were quite pleasant and helpful. Often the waiting room wait time can be a problem here, but it is exceptional care.

I was pleased to be called in less than 10 minutes. I then had to wait for my eyes to dilate, but that's to be expected. The doctor then did a thorough exam to check that I no longer had the issue for which I needed to see her previously. She was friendly and professional and I felt very comfortable with her. The checkout to reschedule a yearly appointment was easy and the staff there were pleasant, friendly, and helpful in finding the best appointment time for me!

I interfaced with 4 different associates for my appointment (receptionist, medical assistant, doctor, check out clerk). All were very friendly and patient. Each explained their role. Each was very friendly and made sure I was comfortable. No one made the experience seemed rushed. I had their full attention. A very nice experience.

Check-in, pre-testing, and Dr. exam was efficient, professional, and friendly. All my questions were answered which are normally many. Great people who know their business along with clean organized facilities. Especially appreciated Bree and Dr. Ling. I am blessed to be a patient at Eyesight. I highly recommend them.

Every time I go to Eyesight it is so nice and friendly and helpful. I don’t have to wait too long. Dr. Link and her staff are always courteous and so friendly. I feel as though I am getting the help I need.

My visit with Victoria Brown couldn’t have been more wonderful. She made me feel instantly at ease, and I felt fortunate to have had such a lovely and caring person to do the initial testing for my upcoming cataract surgery. She explained everything to me in a very non threatening way - I’m sure that I’m not the first person to be terrified of eye surgery- and she really helped me to understand the process, so that I’m much more comfortable with it now. She also gave me clear and detailed information so that I could make the best possible decision on how to proceed. Thank you Victoria 💖

The office is staffed by pleasant, knowledgeable people, who make the experience go smoothly. The doctors are professional and outgoing, answering any and all questions. I left the office confident of what my issue encompasses and how my treatment was to proceed. I would recommend Eyesight Ophthalmic Services to family and friends alike.

I thought the Portsmouth office was extremely friendly! Everyone is professional yet welcoming and puts one at ease. They were able to fit me in to see a doctor very quickly, which I appreciated very much.

I had an impromptu visit due to seeing double. Dr Rand was very through. She spent a long time with me and did many tests. I am pleased by the thoroughness of the exam and her knowledge of the problem

Very nice place in Portsmouth. Waited on immediately and told what to expect next after going in a room. Dr Ling was very prompt and knowledgeable and let me know my options and how to proceed with care I agreed with.

Sarah in the optical department tightened all 3 pairs of glasses for me. She was sweet and conscientious.
Connie was patient and proficient in the field vision testing.
All desk personnel are courteous and efficient.
So far, everyone I have ever had dealings with have been extremely nice. Some are downright delightful!

Excellent all around. No wait or unnecessary paperwork. Beautiful office, and very cheerful and professional service from the receptionist to the doctor.

The tech preceding Dr. Rand was very professional and personable. She made sure I was comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. Highly satisfied!

I was very happy and contented with my last visit , from being welcomed by the receptionist through being guided by the nursing staff all the testing procedures to my visit with the eye doctor I was treated courteously and proffesionally through the whole visit, and that includes the person that scheduled my next visit. This is a top notch eye care center . Love my Dr. Beck .She is truly wonderful at what she does to help and care for her patients. Ive been seeing her for over a year and she has helped me so much. All the staff are simply the best. Thank you

We are new to the practice, and can not say enough good things about our experiences there so far.
The staff has been so welcoming at sign-in and checkout, there has not been a long wait in waiting room, the assistants that take your information and do eyesight check have been efficient and lovely, and we love our Drs.
I see Dr. Arvidson and he has a comforting way about him while explaining what it is going on with my now 64-year-old eyes.
I must also add that there are opticians/a place to buy new eyeglasses right there-which is extremely convenient and everyone was helpful there as well.

Eyesight Ophthalmic Services is a well run office. All staff very clearly understands their part in caring for patients' eyes.
Dr.Beck knows and loves the human eye, imo. She clearly takes an interest in each patient's situation and tries her best to repair or at least suspend eyesight deteriation. Her evaluation skills are a combo of medical education and scientific questioning as she attempts to find the best course of action to treat my eye problem. I value her opinion and choices.

I had an office procedure with Dr. Kavanaugh. She was very calming and efficient, I had no pain, and a week later it looks completely healed.
