I went in today to get a hole punch in a watch band I bought a few weeks ago. The employee was friendly and he completed the service right away. He was patient as I tried the band back on afterwards.
When I went in a few weeks ago the other employee, Frank, was also helpful. It was a while that I was looking for a new band for the watch face I was holding onto. I was able to find what I was looking for at this location. They honored the ValPak coupon in that visit because I had to get a new battery for another watch I had.

Northeastern Jewelers is the best & most honest jeweler I have ever dealt with. I would give home 6 stars if it went up that high. Been dealing with Frank for years. His good looks don’t hurt. Very reliable, helpful & most importantly his honesty outweighs everything. He treats everyone like they’re special as it should be.

I needed to get my engagement ring cleaned and went here from my aunt’s recommendation. I wish I got his name, but the employee told me it just needed a steam cleaning which was no charge. After the cleaning it looked like a brand new ring! Truly, I think it looks better than the day I got it. He was super nice and helpful and I absolutely plan to go back there again

I needed to get my rings appraised for my insurance. I’ve been to Northeastern jewelers before, and they have always been so wonderful. Today I had the pleasure of working with Frank. Frank was knowledgeable, kind, and great to speak with. He took the time to answer all my questions and go over everything. In chatting with Frank, I came to find out that he used to be located in the Mall. To my surprise, I said Frank all my jewelry throughout my whole life was purchased at that location. My mother bought all our pieces from him. His quality is outstanding. All the pieces I have for him I will have a lifetime. Already coming back next week to get a diamond replaced and have a name plate made for my daughter. The same place my mom had mine made and that means so much. It’s nice to see they are still around. You can’t find quality like them now a days and not to mention the knowledge and kindness of the individuals that work there. Thank you Frank and Northeastern Jewelers for being so wonderful!
