Great service, very patient. I don't know a lot about wine they took the time to explain everything to me. Much appreciated.

I was trying to find a niche liquor and called around to 10 different places and this was the only one that had it. When I went in to get it, I was really surprised by how wide of a selection they have. I'll be coming here from now on.

Placed a delivery order of some very special, impossible to find gin (Empress 1908) after hunting it down unsuccessfully anywhere within 50 miles of my home in Maryland.

Received a same day email that the order was fulfilled and shipped, and literally AS I WAS ON THE PHONE with them the next day checking on the tracking info, it was delivered.

Was a bit skeptical at first as I live in Manhattan and the store was in Staten Island. Found my favorite and very rare cognac on their website and ordered five bottles. I was very much surprised and impressed that it arrived the next day to my apartment door. Excellent service, very easy, and great selection as this cognac is impossible to find anywhere (Meukow). Granted I would note I did order on a Wednesday and their deliveries according to their website are on Thursday and Saturday each week.

It has been a delightful experience ordering a wine gift delivery. Theresa was so patient and sweet on the phone for a special gift order, I now am thinking of sending liquor and wine gifts for the Holidays. So important to support our local businesses especially when they go out of their way with customer satisfaction.

I ordered korean rice wine from city wine cellar since we dont have korean stuffs in the city where i live. I was worried if it would say it was sold out or came with damage after I ordered. But today I got the package and Im so happy! It was delivered sooner than I expected and it was packed with styrofoams perfectly. I highly recommend this place and will order from here more !

Helpful employees-polite & super competitive- but my absolute favorite part- there was a long line of us making ACTUAL purchases of MERCHANDISE- & they very nice girl that works there-told the " scratch off nuts " to step aside while she took care of the REAL CUSTOMERS first! ( get a 401 K! Lottery Freaks!) thanks for recognizing value customers Wine Cellar folks!) -I went again today! She took me ahead of the scratch off nut! Again!He looked SPURNED-thanks nice girl at the register!!!

I legit called yesterday to send a gift to a friend .. lady was so nice in the phone went on line ordered the bottle of red breast 12 year and it was sitting there at my fiends place the same day!!! Thanks guys!!!

Great place to pickup bottles last minute. They were the most competitive in pricing for high end liquors like Johnny Walker Blue

The staff is knowledgeable about their wines, when you see trained staff in a liquor store you know they are serious about their business. Besides that, the wines here are as cheap as the ones in NJ, so that convenience is really awesome.

We can't get the Soju we like in NC. But they had it online and at a great price. Plus delivery was fast.

Love this place! It has all the stuff that's usually hard to find. The people are very helpful and knowledgeable as well.
