P.C. Richard & Son

Went into PC Richard & Son this morning looking for a small fridge for our basement. One of the salesmen, Elias, was very helpful and super knowledgeable - he helped us pick out the perfect fridge and at a great price, with free delivery! Highly recommend this store.

Went into PC Richards to buy a refrigerator. I got the pleasure to deal with this amazing salesperson names Eddie. The fridge I originally was buying he was explaining to me, that even though it was more expensive and a higher model, was not the fridge for me, so he steered me to a fridge that would perfectly suit my needs and a lot cheaper. What salesperson does that? Friendly and had a lot of product knowledge. My wife informed me that we needed a washing machine, and he knew everything about washing machines. So I wind up buying a washing machine as well. Who said in person customer sales/service is dead. Really great guy. I had a truly amazing experience at PC Richards today.

Excellent service ! Went to purchase refrigerator from start to end of our purchase Mario fully explained details and answered my concerns clearly I was confident our purchase was in good hands.

Had to come on here to praise the assistant manager (Val was her name) 5 stars for excellent customer service and professionalism. I needed a few things for my new house and she helped me pick every single thing out while giving me her complete and full attention. She Made the experience very seamless.

I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. This store and the salesperson I was dealing with in particular - Steven, has the highest degree of knowledge and professionalism. He was able to answer all of my questions with patience and gave me tips such as, measuring the space for my appliances, so I would know exactly what works for my kitchen. The delivery was on time, and I couldn’t be happier. I am a repeat customer and will be going back to Steven and PCR in the future!

Needed some appliances and decided to go to PC Richards for them, I'm glad I did, Salesmen Mike Perrone was there and helped us out and I must say he was a awesome sales person, the best I have ever seen. He helped us get what we needed fast, PC Richards should be proud to have such a wonderful professional person like him working for them. I give Mike a 100 percent. Would definitely recommend him and go back to the store because of him.

Highly recommend!! My salesperson James Calero was super helpful. I was stuck between a few options for multiple appliances. He was able to answer all of my questions (which was a lot) for how indecisive I was being. There was no pressure into purchasing and he made it easy to decide with my final choices. We came in to buy a washer and immediately was greeted by James at the door and he was such a great help! He was patient and understood our needs and granted that for us. We left purchasing a brand new washer and we are so excited to use it!

I went to the store on Richmond Ave in Staten Island. I was helped by Richie. He was friendly and very helpful. I will definitely be going back for other purchases and ask for his help again as he was very knowledgeable and took his time explaining to me the differences between the items I was choosing between. My refrigerator needed to be repaired. I spoke to the Manager Valerie and my salesperson, I just bought a washing machine, Matt Koplowitz about my situation that my refrigerator was broken and I needed to refrigerate my son’s medicine. I was using ice blocks to keep it cold. They said no worries and they loaned me a refrigerator. Wow I was surprised how accommodating they were. Great customer service. They should be commended on how they treated me. I wish every store was like this. I told all my friends and family. From now on all my purchases will be at P.C. Richards. The representative Bald Jimmy greeted me when I walked in setting the tone for a friendly welcoming environment he took his time and supplied with all the assistance I needed. I left to shop around some more but your prices and brought me back and Jimmy helped me out he also was welcoming informative and Friendly.. Bald Jimmy was busy so Pete helped me and he was a bubbly professional informativd and helpful person.

Mario Felix was awesome. He knew exactly what I needed, the make and model I wanted and managed to get delivery two days later on a Saturday before a snowstorm. Delivery, installation and haul away was done quickly, professionally. Highly recommend.

Purchased a washer and dryer from PC Richards located in Staten Island. LENNY and EUGENE assisted me and were extremely professional and knowledgeable. Both were a pleasure to deal with and I am very happy with the service and price.
