Heartland Bagels 2

This place is a great spot to grab some delicious and fresh sandwiches. I've tried their pastrami sandwich multiple times and it has never disappointed me. The prices are very reasonable and the service quality is good as well. The only thing I wish they had a wider space to accommodate some seating, so I could sit and enjoy my meal. Additionally, although the coffee is flavorful, it tends to be a bit cold for those who prefer it hot.

As an expert in delis, I felt compelled to write a review. I'm a former truck driver who's visited nearly every deli in the island, this is probably my favorite. The staff is great. Not only they're always friendly but they're always hustling to make sure everyone gets their order quickly. The bagels, baked goods, sandwiches are all excellent! Other delis that I've stopped going to should take a lesson from this great place.

My experience was absolutely memorable I was in NY for the first time and a young lady named Kelly told me everything I should do and it was the best vacation I ever took. Along with that she made my experience at the bagel shop the best was probably the best bec i ever had I was so convinced that I bought $20+ worth of food there

Best bagels on Staten island. Small place, but best food and service. Take out only.

The bagels are just as good as the Heartland location on Richmond Avenue. The only difference is this place isn't kosher. Pro - bacon is available. Con - no Jewish items like Mandel bread. The chocolate croissants are also a slightly different style. Not a bad thing, just a point of interest.

Best veggie spread in town! Service is courteous and friendly. Prices are fair. Always a line of people who appreciate great tasting bagels and food cooked with love. We come all the way from Hylan and recommend the place to our friends. Keep up, guys!

Second time here for bagels and donuts. Both are great and the service was fast and courteous. We didn’t know about the donuts but they patiently explained what all of them were. Delicious - by the way. Can’t wait to try their lunch sandwiches.

I catered a breakfast for my daughters bridal party. Platters went to the bridesmaids and another to the grooms house. We had bagel with cream cheese spreads and a platter of muffins ; donuts; croissants etc. Everything was perfect and fresh and dealing with the owner Mike was a pleasure! I highly recommend this place. The best bagels on Staten Island and the jelly donuts were oozing with jelly!

Best bagels around! Fresh, I was there well after noon, bagels were still warm!
Workers there were outstanding. There was a long line but it went very quickly.

Best Bagels in town!! This place is amazing from their freshly made bagels of all sorts to their huge variety of exclusive donuts. (french toast donuts are amazing) I love this place. The owners Mike and Maria do an amazing job and their customer service is top notch. I recommend this place to everyone you wont be disappointed.

I wish i could give 10 stars been coming here before work every day for almost 5 years everyone is friendly and the bagels are one of the best in new york. If moe is on the grill just know your getting hooked up that man can make a bec in his sleep and be better than half the delis on the island. Highly recommend if you go on the weekend line is out the door but worth the wait. Enjoy

Best bagels & donuts on STATEN ISLAND great service l was reading the reviews & noticed a few comments about orders being wrong I challenge anyone to stand in front of the grill & have 4 co-workers yelling orders to you & be perfect if it's a Lil mistake deal with it this is the only bagel store I'll go to

Went to the main store for 20 years; was a pleasant surprise when they opened up in Rossville. Can't miss with this place.

Great bagels. Great donuts. Don’t go in on a hot day though. You can’t breathe and you feel bad for the staff. The owners should be more considerate of their patrons and staff.

I mean, the place is great and I suffer whenever eat a subpar bagel elsewhere. Love the bagels so much--I get'm everytime I'm in the area. Lots of different types of cream cheese, including tempeh if that's your thing, plus fresh smoked lox, BEC, bialy, etc., the list goes on.

Sandwiches from them are also real good, plus they do party platters of bagels, sandwiches, or donuts (and they'll even customize the donuts for you if you ask). They also have a nice though limited selection of pastry in the morning and the coffee is pure ambrosia from the gods.

Go here! Get a nice BLT. They're so perky. I love that.

Amazing Bagels (arguably best on the island) and coffee, however I would just like "just a little bit of cream cheese", I when I ask it, I usually end up wiping half of it on the wrapper... first world probs, am I right?
