Great sales! Gap has such high-quality clothing, and when you hit a sale, it's cheaper than Target.

I'm so sad that we no longer have a GAP store in Syracuse, but thankfully I work just minutes from Eastview Mall and this awesome GAP store!
The store is massive and set up very well. It is easy to navigate and find exactly what you are looking for. GAP Fit is located in the back of the store and has an excellent selection, while GAP Kids is connected and right next door.
They have tons of options and a great variety of sizes (it's not all XS and S thankfully!) Sales are incredible and the sale sections of the store are filled with deals galore!
The store is spotless! I was so impressed when I went into the dressing room and the sales associate (Yes! GAP still has people who actually have people to help you in the fitting rooms!) cleaned and sanitized the room before I entered. Dressing rooms are also large and well lit.
I absolutely adore the staff at this store as well. I don't know any by name but I do feel like we are all friends. They are all very kind, respectful and helpful! I live when they are excited for me when I find good deals too!
Overall, every experience I've had at this GAP store has been extremely positive. This is how shopping should be!

Holiday sales and sales more generally make Gap worth visiting for essential items. I like to buy thermals, beanies, crew neck sweaters, and scarves here. This location is well kept and organized with helpful staff.

I went in to exchange some work pants that I got for Christmas (size didn't quite fit). Hannah was super helpful with the exchange and looking for different sizes, and Jill was running back and forth getting different pair of pants while I was trying them on and wrangling my toddler. The great customer service certainly makes me want to go back next time I need an outfit. Thanks Jill and Hannah!

Good quality clothes at a reasonable price. We need to visit often to make sure that this isn't among the many GAP locations that are being closed.

The gap is great for casual timeless pieces. I also get my bras there. The staff at eastview mall is also very friendly and helpful every tine I go.

They have the best selection of baby clothes. A bit pricey, but look out for the 40 percent off everything sales!
