I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with my insurance broker that I feel compelled to share. At the time of renewal, my insurance rate was raised by an astonishing 80%, a hike that was both unexpected and unexplained. Hoping to understand the rationale behind such a steep increase, or to explore alternative options, I reached out to my broker multiple times via email. Unfortunately, my inquiries seemed to vanish into a black hole, as I received no responses whatsoever.

Given the lack of communication, I resorted to calling them directly, only to be met with a dismissive attitude. The associate I spoke with informed me that the broker manager, the person presumably responsible for handling such concerns, was out of the office, which was presented as the reason for the lack of response to my emails. This explanation was unsatisfactory at best, and it became clear to me that the issue wasn't being taken seriously.

It's disheartening to realize that my needs and concerns as a client were not a priority for this broker. The significant rate increase, coupled with the complete absence of customer service and support, has left a bitter taste in my mouth. It's crucial for a service provider, especially in the insurance industry, to maintain transparent communication and offer support when clients are facing changes or challenges. Unfortunately, this was far from my experience.

In an industry built on trust and reliability, it's disappointing to encounter a broker who falls short in these fundamental aspects. I would advise anyone looking for insurance services to steer clear of this broker and find a provider that values its clients and prioritizes their needs.

I wouldn’t suggest this insurance agency to anyone, very poor and unprofessional people working here. I received a call from a guy by the name of Sunny, he insist me to change my agent, after I signed the document, two months after he never answered my calls while I needed some help for insurance certificate. God bless America with these kind of company and people
