As first-time residents in a rural, unincorporated area, we greatly appreciated Paul's wealth of knowledge and advice.

The property itself is nestled in a serene, rural setting, complete with a dirt road, an abundance of trees, and a variety of wildlife. While the charm of the location was undeniable, there were practical considerations such as dealing with moss on the roof, private roads and the property being on a steep grade near a creek. Paul guided us through these aspects, providing valuable insights and recommendations.

One particular aspect that stood out was Paul's expertise in dealing with the intricacies of septic systems and easements, an area we were initially unfamiliar with. The fact that the septic system extended onto another property raised concerns, but Paul was instrumental in easing those worries. He patiently answered all our questions, educating us on the complexities of easements, explaining that is should not be a problem in the future. His thorough understanding of the local nuances made all the difference, especially for newcomers like us.

Paul Elkins was an excellent realator. He helped us buy a house of our dreams. He answered all our questions and helped us through each step. I definitely would recommend him. Even after our move in he has been right there to help. Thank you Paul for everything.

Paul stepped into a messy situation, and is patiently helping us through it. His experience and expertise have been invaluable. Rather than wheeling and dealing with an eye on the bottom line, he treats us like human beings and I really believe he cares. Paul has earned my trust.

I would never suggest buying real estate from Paul Elkins. He was completely unprofessional and very hard to work with. First he listed the house with the wrong sqft. 529 sqft of garage doesn't count. Then he threatened to not follow through with the sale if I didn't use his lender, Fairway mortgage. They weren't the best deal so I said no. That's when everything got more difficult with Paul. It turned into a major issue throughout the whole process. When issues arose, such as the misquoting of square footage, he was very hard to work with to fix it. He also threatened continually that if the didn't close on time he would stop the sale and keep my earnest money. I have excellent credit and my finances are in orders, the loan actually closed early. But come to find out Paul did the same exact thing to my brother a month earlier but he wanted to get the home so bad that he took the deal and paid more in fees and got a higher rate on the loan. I would suggest to avoid Paul and his business antics.
