These guys are the best! I called to schedule an appointment, and the technician, Mike, was at my home an hour later. Mike diagnosed my problem within minutes! He replaced the broken part and had my hot water and heat back up and running not even 3 hours after I called to schedule. Lifesaver! I will only be using them in the future. 5 stars!

Had an issue with my Rheem Gladiator hot water heater still under warranty. Rheem directed me to Pipe Doctor and couldn’t be happier. A great company to do business with. When I called and scheduled an appointment he was there before the scheduled time waiting in his vehicle. Mike took his time to diagnose the problem and explained things to me that is helpful for my furnace and hot water heater to run efficiently. Mike and his team are fantastic at what they do. We had an issue with AC not cooling because another company provided poor workmanship. Mike was able to troubleshoot the issue quickly and got the AC back up and running. I would recommend the Pipe Dr. to family and friends and wouldn’t hesitate to use their services in the future.

Mike G is by far the greatest plumber I’ve met! Incredible guy very amazing, experienced. I got my snake caught in the drain, I called another company I won’t say their name but R&R and they quoted me $1600 for the job, Mike came in an in 2 seconds he got it done 123! For way half the cost! Keep being you Mike customer service is everything

I’ve used pipe dr a couple of times and they are always responsive. At first they didn’t have room for me but they squeezed me in. Hot water tank pilot stopped working. They fixed it on the fly and I’m back in business.

Absolutely brilliant. Got my issue resolved in under an hour. Mike clearly knows what he is doing. Where others have failed, he came through. Very professional and explained everything. Will definitely call again if future issues arise. My A/C is up and running just in time for summer!
