Wow! This is my favorite 7-elven store. Variety of products, the cleanest, so organized and the staff is amazing special Walley & Victor so Friendly and they care about the customers. Thank you 7-eleven for the good service and Excellent staff.

The new manager Mario is always helpful and so is other staff

Location is close ot my work place. Nice people working here who sometimes need to deal with really crazy people. Not an easy job at all.

Just a typical 711 but if I had to critique anything it would be that its sometimes one person at the check out in the morning. If you are running late to work and you stop in sometimes it can kill those critical minutes. Otherwise it is what it is.

Never being there just driving by the place good place to grab something on the run I was in the flea market shopping. SID

The hour's at this 7-Eleven says 24/7, at 350 AM, I pulled on the door handles, and they were locked. As I was leaving, another car pulled up. He pulled the door handles, and they were still locked. On a main highway, you would think they'd actually be 24/7, but they're closed. 7-Eleven, please detail your store hours since you're not a 24/7 operation. 7-Eleven patron BEWARE!

Poor management & horrible customer service. Indian bread guy was rude for no reason. Didn’t believe my age or ID which is ridiculous it is real( he did that even want to check just because of my appearance of looking young) and proceeded to lie saying I needed to wait a month AFTER I turned 21 to purchase a product I wanted. I was very upset given the fact that I am of age with various forms of identification. I work in a 7-11 so I know he was just being a jerk. Don’t go to this store.

Hey Guys,
Currently 5:55 a.m 09/04/21 the area is CLOSED. Their page says open 24/7 not true as you can see. I've had some chats in the parking lot and many have mentioned the employee sleeps between ⚠2am - 5/6am so might not want to stop by those hours⚠. They have good coffee which is why I come here😆 and their taquitos.

HORRIBLE

I don't know what happened but this place is becoming more and more disappointing. Went for a slushie. No tops that fit the cups. Hot dogs weren't fresh. No ketchup. The other food items looked like they've been there a LONG time. Not enough staff. They're not familiar with their own sale items and i was overcharged. Couldn't use my phone number for points. Was told I had to use app. Since when???

Since the start of summer ONLY this location CLOSES between 12am to 5am to save money. It is not because they are sanitizing I've been told by staff they have nobody there they violate company policy and have been doing so for over a year now. Please 7/11 fix this stores managment issues (fire Patel) and we will start voting 5 stars

The older lady with the glasses at the register is extremely rude and condescending. I always use mobile checkout and then scan on the way out. I guess their scanner was not working and she was asking me to pay again for the item which i already paid for. If the scanner doesn't work, have a sign on it to show that. otherwise, how would anyone know. she then got nasty telling me she knows her job and i need to call 1800 711 which isn't a number. There use to be a man who was so kind that managed this place. that lady is rude and i will not visit this place even though it is across the street from work.

This place used to be five stars with me. I do not know what happened, maybe new owners, but they have completely ruined it and should be forced to sell and never, ever own a store again. They have completely destroyed a nice, inviting store. Everyone that worked there knew everyone’s name and were so friendly. One day I came in and you could just sense the tension and unhappiness. Seems like they all left, and the joke of a workforce they have there now makes me avoid this store like the plague. Everyone looks so miserable, and are worthless if you need help with something. Not to mention the prices jumped 10-20 % overnight. Drive a little farther and go to the next 7-Eleven. I know all my coworkers and I now do.

THE WORST 7ELEVEN EVER!!! Every since new ownership has come in they are disrespectful to the people who live in this area. They have an employee who sleeps in the store from 2am to 5-530am..NO ENTRY UNTIL 5 -5:30AM SINCE WHEN!! leaving elderly patrons outside banging on the door. This was a neighborhood store.. I rather go to one one merrick than to be treated with such disrespect.

I have been going to this store for 5+ yrs. There were 4 guys that worked there that were always pleasant & helpful & always made it a friendly store. There is now new management there & as of 2 wks ago those great workers are gone & the store has gone downhill with lack of customer service & being filthy dirty by the coffee stations. I was in there 3 days ago & had a horrible experience leaving me NEVER to go there again! This store gets ZERO stars from me! For all the regular customers....please visit the guys are now working in the Hewlett location on Peninnsula Blvd & Mill Rd.
