We had an excellent experience at Lazy Boy Issaquah. I went in to browse and Veronica ( super-cool )told me that they had an interior designer that would come to the house and give some advice, I took her up on it and it really was helpful. Kathy listened to what we wanted and helped us pick out fabric, a rug and sofa. Very reasonably priced too. Excellent service , thanks guys.

Bruno is professional and knows the stock inside and out. Very helpful and kind. He arranged for the in-house decorator to make a complementary visit to our home to help us select furniture for the entertainment room and living room. The decorator , Kathy, is fabulous. Great team of people. Highest recommendation.

Working with Kathy, the design consultant, was absolutely the PERFECT decision. She knows her stuff and came up with recommendations that will look awesome in my apartment. She even came back to my apartment with me with the fabrics for the sleeper sofa and chair so we could see how they looked. Russ was terrific, too; right
there to assist Kathy and I as we made selections. He carefully went over each item with me to ensure there were no errors. And, because I wasn't too sure if the ladder I selected would fit in my car, he and another representative came out with me as we pulled down the back seats and slid the ladder into the car. I couldn't ask for better customer service!

Nice showroom stocked with all of their products. The sales woman was wonderful. She knew her product line and was very helpful and friendly. Never pushy. She answered all of our questions.
The store manager was also very helpful the next day when we placed our order. The whole process was fun and very easy. We will be receiving our new purchase tomorrow morning. No hassle at this Lazy Boy store in Issaquah.

Salesperson was very professional, made sure our questions were answered but gave us time to try out all the chairs and didn't hover. We were very happy with the overall experience. Looking forward to getting our new chair in a few weeks.

What a great business to deal with. I placed my order on the phone with a gal named Skye and she was so so helpful. She made every thing so easy for me. I am elderly and she was so patient and kind to me. I couldn't be happier with Lazy Boy in Issaquah. It is a business that truly cares about it's customers.

I was purchasing a couch and chair for my parents who are moving into a senior living apartment and have certain needs with regards to comfort as well as comforting furniture. Carlos went above and beyond to provide items and make great suggestions. It was a return visit for me as well since we’d already discovered the great couches available at lay-z-boy, and I was excited to see they have maintained their quality in furnishings as well as knowledgeable and easy-to-talk-to staff. We were able to get everything we needed and loved and stay within budget. Can’t wait to return for our next project!

I joke that I have a body shape like a T-Rex (super long legs and short arms), but believed I had studied all the measurements online and knew what recliner would work best for me and my service dog to sit next to me. I called and spoke with Bruno just to make sure that the chair I picked out online was available and on sale. I grudgingly agreed to go to the showroom to sit in the chair model I picked out online since my last online purchase of a specialty computer desk upon delivery didn't fit as well as I had expected. Bruno greeted me and my service dog, showed me the floor model of the chair I picked out online and sure enough, even though it was for "tall" people and the seat was wide enough to accommodate my dog, my legs were too long for it, the neck and shoulder support was literally over my head, and the chair was too low for me to easily exit. Bruno was able to hear my feedback and recommend another recliner model in my price range that was absolutely perfect. I was shocked. I asked him how he did that so quickly and efficiently when there are hundreds of models from which to choose. His answer was simple: experience. He's been fitting people to their most comfortable furniture for a long time. Bruno turned this cynical skeptic in to a true believer. I could not be happier with the recliner he picked out for me and the in stock fabric option available. I'm now Bruno's newest fan and a La z Boy loyal customer!

My salesperson was Skye. She was very patient and helpful and answered all of my questions. They have a very good selection of recliners, but be prepared for some sticker shock. The nicest, most comfy recliners are in the $ 1500-2000 range, and sales tax is 10%, too.

We had a great experience at the Issaquah location. Bruno was a great partner as we chose our new round of La-Z-Boy furniture (the last set having been with us for over 12 years and generally going strong).

We got a reading nook recliner; a sofa recliner with full automation and tilt, headrest, lumbar, recline settings; and two matching rocking manual recliners, all for a very reasonable cost.

Help was useful and not all high pressure. Bruno was knowledgeable and listened to what we needed.

Can't wait for the delivery!
