Super fast, efficient, friendly, and professional! We ordered and received a full size. Complete bedroom set as well as a Queen size bed with mattress. Installation and set up was a breeze. This is honestly the first delivery I didn't have to become a part of. They were able to do everything on their own, highly recommended again and again. Period

Gentleman who deliver the couch was amazing. Awesome bedside manner, polite, and respectful. They went above and beyond to explain everything about my couch that I needed to know. They have a better disposition then the sales people I dealt with at the actual store.

Awesome family owned & operated business. Dave, his wife, his son Mike and all the workers really make you feel so welcomed and treat you like family. They helped us find the best furniture for our new home and saved us a ton of money. The 3 delivery guys were quick, friendly, polite, assembled and set up everything for us perfectly. They also took all the garbage and gave us all the tips and tricks on how to care for the furniture so it lasts forever. Couldn’t recommend Furniture to Go more! Thanks, guys!

Excellent service all around! Harry, the salesman, in the showroom, was friendly and knowledgeable…the delivery guys were great…tight getting the furniture in but they did it without a scratch and setup was quick and easy. Would definitely recommend!!

Do yourself a favor.. go shopping around for what you want but end up buying it here. These guys will beat other prices & their service is top notch. My experience at Furniture to go was how every shopping experience should be. From day one to the delivery. Very helpful, patient, friendly, not pushy, no attitude, courtesy phone calls. The delivery guys were pleasant. They asked if they should take off their shoes. What gentleman. I had to give credit and recognition when deserved. Great prices fir quality furniture. Just purchased all the furniture for my new home here and I highly recommend this business. Furniture is of great quality and the coustmer service was great. When it comes to asking questions or voicing any concerns, Mike was extremely informative and accommodating.

The team consisting of Mike , Mikey and "Oz" , were honest, informative and so helpful from the second my wife and I walked into their store. Their no nonsense approach and ability to actually help their customers is truly appreciated by us. We intend to purchase from them again in the near future and would recommend Furniture To Go over the other competitors in the area. Also, delivery on the very next day is almost always impossible. Yet, we actually received it the very next day by 2 guys that were careful not to damage the items as well as the home. Great experience !!!

Awesome service. Awesome store. Awesome People. I went in looking to decorate my living room and Washington helped me out swiftly and honestly. He told me the price, date of delivery and options. Although that might seem obvious, it is hard to get those three things out of most furniture places on Staten Island. The furniture was delivered, the guys were professional and nice, and all on time. It looks great, fits my needs and budget too. Very happy. Will be doing business with you guys in the future. I couldn't be more pleased with my entire experience at Furniture To Go located on Richmond Ave in Staten Island. I found the exactly right bedroom set at a better price than I saw elsewhere. I ordered the set back in August for a home I was buying and then the seller backed out. They worked with me until I finally purchased a home in December. Delivery was scheduled exactly when I needed it. The salesman remembered me when I walked into the store months after the initial sale. Rare these days to find a business that makes you feel like a person rather than just another sale.

Went to store and got greeted by Mike. Bought most of my furniture for my home from here. Super nice and easy to talk to. I was able to receive great prices on what I was looking for. He was very friendly and honest and along with being straightforward. Product material is great and high quality. Overall, probably one of the best furniture stores on the island and will definitely be shopping from here again.

Have to say I’ve never had better customer service, in a furniture store than in Furniture to Go. My first purchase was a sectional sofa, they accommodated with perfect delivery time. I absolutely love my sofas, great quality… No wait, like in other furniture stores. Definitely going to continue buying. Thank you for making this buy so easy.
