I’ve had my 2017 ford escape since 2019. I’ve had the transmission replaced More times than it should have been. You could say I’ve been through my fair share of Negative experiences with this vehicle. Repairs are the last thing someone wants to continuously go through.

This service department has been one of the best staff I have ever dealt with. Service advisor, John Is the most exceptional human being I have ever met. I was disgruntled and In a state of shock When My car was not working. I explained the situation to john and he immediately knew what to do. He was informative and explained everything.

He works quick, extremely accurate, communicative, very genuine, trustworthy and and all around great guy!! He should be running this place because his work ethic

After new ownership had taken over, I had an incredibly awful service experience here in 2022 that made me decide to stay away. HOWEVER – when I learned that the service department was under new management, I got back in contact with them and decided to give them a try.

What a dramatic turnaround! They honor their appointments – my Expedition was in the shop within 15 minutes of the appointed time. My service advisor, Fernando, kept me well-informed as to the issues they were finding, and brought me out to the shop to show me particular items. He answered questions candidly and completely, and gave me options regarding the work to be done. When we learned that one part would not be available until the following day, I got a courtesy ride home, and they continued to communicate effectively the next day when it was all done on time. They worked well with FordPass and me, and charged me what had been agreed, even though they found a few things that needed a little more labor time than was originally estimated.

Then we took off for a 4,000 mile road trip, and there were no problems at all! Not bad for a 10 year old SUV. Kudos to Service Manager Peter for whipping the department into great shape. They’re my regular service stop again.

Ordered a 2024 Bronco with Nikki back in October 2023. Build date of January 22 and delivery expected in February or March 2024. What was going to be my trade in vehicle died this past week and I ended up buying a used Bronco elsewhere, based on available inventory that I saw as I needed something immediately to commute to work. However, when I told Nikki and Pat about y car dying, they offered to provide me a loaner to hold me over until my Bronco came in. Due to having a small child, I didn't want to deal with the unknown length of time with having a loaner, so that's why I declined their offer. If this unfortunate event didn't happen, I would have taken delivery of my order as intended. Can't thank Nikki and her team enough during my order phase with the changes I requested and keeping me up to date on the process, she was excellent to work with and can't recommend them enough. Even trying to help me out when that unfortunate even occurred.

Picked up a brand new Bronco Sport last night. Vitor V. was helpful and expedient throughout the process. He even took the time after the sale to show me all the ins and outs of the features/settings to my understanding. Also a big thank you to Teresa who was very helpful over the phone.

The manager even stopped by to thank me and shake my hand before heading home, which speaks volumes to the staff and the mutual respect they have! I have nothing but good things to say about my experience there and I would highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase in the area. Vitor, thanks again for an easy buying process!

On July 2nd, I went to trade in my 2017 Ford Escape which served me well for 3 years and procured the new 2020 Ford Edge, my salesmen was Eric Soares. This was the second time I've purchased my vehicle from him and he was nothing short of kind, knowledgeable and respectful. He will really go the extra extra mile to make sure your needs are met, no matter what it takes. He was very thorough in the details of the Edge and any of the vehicles for that matter. I recently purchased Lincoln Aviator and had a problem with second row lock, called others could not get appointment,till November called Woodbridge Ford and Deanna in service should receive 10 stars, got me in within a week and had my car back and corrected within 3 hours. I would want everyone to have such a great experience. I was looking to trade my Nissan rogue for a different car I’m a big person and I need a big car I was driving down and I saw a Ford dealer on route one I decided to stop good thing I did I walked into this dealer I got approached by a salesman i explain to him what I was interested in he started by showing me a couple of different cars which was not what I was looking for after a little while of talking to him and telling him exactly what I wanted to do he was very helpful I decided to deal with him I traded in my rogue which is a very small car for something bigger after a few times of going back-and-forth I finally agreed. bottom line everybody there seems very helpful but I only spoke to Roy I highly recommend if you do have to buy a car or trade one in if you go to Woodbridge Ford talk to Roy very nice salesman explains everything to you step-by-step that’s what I like.

Went to Woodbridge Ford with my sister as her lease was up on her Ford Escape. Mark Vax was our salesman. Mark is very nice and very polite and very knowledgeable about cars. After 4 hours of going back and forth Mark tagged in his Manager Miguel..after just a few minutes Mark and Miguel gave us the deal we were looking for. I am one tough cookie went in comes to car buying. I want what I want and I am not willing to settle for anything less! Even for my family! Mark hung in there the entire time. I didn't make it easy for him by any means.. One of the best experiences in car buying was at Woodbridge Ford. Mark, Miguel and Victor made the whole process simple and easy.. Next time I will call ahead before I go so they can bust out their boxing gloves! This was my first time buying my own vehicle and luckily I spoke to sales consultant Eric Soares. We were able to talk through numbers on the vehicle without a headache. I cannot say enough good things about this place! They worked with me and my fiancé on our budget, and need for a car. Other places told us there was no way we would get out of our lease or into a 3 row truck and had all of these crazy requirements. Tony got me in a fully loaded 2020 Ford Explorer as a finance. This is our second time working with this dealership and they are great. Two separate occasions they got me into a vehicle other places wouldn’t even put on the table. Will be back again and again. If you all experience yourself visiting Ford in Woodbridge PLEASE ask for Manny R. He is the best sales person I’ve encountered at any dealership! He sure knows what he is doing, made me feel comfortable about my visit, and gave me a better sense/knowledge about the vehicle I wanted! I am not much of a car person so it has been challenging journey! I left a happy customer. Honestly save yourself the time and just ask for Manny.

Kathy Bayona was our salesperson she was absolutely fantastic she walked me through the entire process and made everything seamless in an effort to make sure that I received an excellent deal for the car that I was interested in. Additionally she brought over her used car manager Salvador Columbo who took an overview of the car when I share with him my concerns. Sal not onlty corrected every single thing I observed but did more of what I thought the car needed. I picked up the car and not only had he made the adjustments to what I said was wrong he went over and above to take care of additional problems that he and his mechanics saw that I didn't recognize. Finally I spoke to the owner Patrick Rodriguez who made me feel like I was part of his family came over and made sure that I had the deal that I wanted and express to me if there any additional concerns he would certainly take care of them. He gave me his number, .what more can you ask from a dealership than to treat you like family absolutely excellent. I strongly recommend them to any and everyone and I will do so and continue to do so until something changes.

All I can say is that my experience was wonderful. Anthony was amazing and beyond helpful. He is not only good at his job, but as a person. I really am thankful that I walked in and got him as my sales person. He really worked hard to make it happen for me. The general manager John was also super helpful and hands on. I would definitely recommend going there and will be referring people there for sure!!!!

Amazing service. The norm when dealing with a car dealership isn’t my favorite thing to do. But when my lease was coming to an end, I worked with one key person via email on a car that I had shown interest in. His communication was amazing and there was NOTHING hidden when the deal was finalized (only 5 days later). They brought the car to my house to test ride and sign the papers. My old lease was handed back in and the transaction was seamless. Thank you Bell Ford!

These guys are the real deal. After we tried to buy a Bronco Sport for my daughter. The car was recalled. They replaced it with a better version the next day and fulfilled the transaction at the same price. These guys made my daughters dreams come true and were gentlemen throughout the process.
