Could I have given a one star review? Absolutely.
But I also take into consideration that the location of this CVS/Pharmacy is not ideal. The clientele is usually rude. On multiple occasions I have witnessed customers being rude to staff.
BUT, you know what? They are people too, they have families, they have bills and their health to worry about too. The customer is NOT always right. And reading the other reviews, if you did get an attitude from a staff member, take some time to self reflect. Was your question stupid? Did it require a little more common sense or critical thinking that you don't normally use in your bubble gum fantasy reality that you live in?

SIDE NOTE: SHOUT OUT to the pharmacy staff that is clearly overworked and under paid. Although wait times are long, it is not your faults people need to be carried through everything and don't understand the directions that are clearly written on the labels. ALSO SHOUT OUT TO PHARMACY TECH: Mohamed. For always having a smile, being pleasant, and trying to be as efficient as he can be. It does not go unnoticed. CVS, DO BETTER for your employees. If you're not hiring more staff, take care and pay the ones that are staying better.

Excellent store I want to thank the manager and the team at CVS for always helping me and also keeping the store stocked up with all my favorite products. The CVS in Rahway is very clean and also they treat everyone with respect and they’re very professional! This is my favorite CVS.

Appreciate the fact this store is open 24 hours. Was much needed at 2am recently when I needed medication for a family member . Nothing else in area is open

I just got Covid shot here, my prescription, and some over the counter medication and everything was just fine. The staff were super friendly and helped me find whatever I needed. It’s 24 hours with good atmosphere.

Great! Helpful staff. clean and organized store. Every time I visit this store, my experience is great. Every staff member I talked to, were always nice and very helpful. Although Staff in the pharmacy are not so polite and same times they don’t even bother to acknowledge that customers are there and customers need their attention. The parking lot is there. Plus drive thru. I have no experience with drive thru or the self check out machines. All in all good store, at a very convenient location.

It’s truly a shame that people only find the time to make complaints here… Without getting into detail, I just want to say that I am incredibly grateful to the management and staff at this CVS location!!! The district manager, who oversees this location went above and beyond to source out an item that I desperately needed. I find the manager with the red braids to be extremely kind and caring, as is my experience with everyone else at this location. It is an excellent store, and again I am grateful for the compassion and Care they’ve shown me personally.!!! The past few years have been trying for all of us, it’s disheartening to only see negative comments on this page… I’m sure what they did for me they do for many others!! People should take a minute out of their day and show their gratitude. Thank you again to all the employees of CVS 890 Saint Georges Ave.

I think in general I never had a great experience at this store but I had a fantastic customer experience this time around with the customer representative/ cashier Sejal, a CVS cashier at my local store. From the moment I walked up to her register, she greeted me with a warm smile and asked how my day was going. Her friendly demeanor immediately made me feel welcome and appreciated. As she rang up my items, Sejal took the time to scan each product carefully to ensure that I received all discounts and promotions. She was attentive to details and even pointed out a few deals I may have missed. Her attention to detail was impressive and it made me feel confident that I was getting the best value for my money. In addition to her excellent customer service skills, Sejal also showed great empathy when I mentioned that I was dealing with a headache. She quickly offered to help me find some over-the-counter medication and recommended a product that had helped her in the past. I appreciated her kindness and willingness to go above and beyond to help me. As I finished checking out, Sejal thanked me for my visit and offered to help me with my bags. She truly made my shopping experience at CVS a positive one, and I left feeling grateful for her assistance. Overall, Sejal was an exceptional CVS cashier who demonstrated a high level of customer service, attention to detail, and empathy. She made my shopping experience an enjoyable one, and I would highly recommend her to anyone visiting the store.

Everytime I call to speak to a pharmacist they are so polite and VERY helpful. They took their time and gave me alot of details. I usually go at night and I've gotten my scripts filled fast! The pharmacists here are much nicer than at the store closest to me. It is worth the extra time to go there!

24hrs Pharmacy.....All credit goes to staff members... everyone seems very efficient and supports every customer equally...love to come again and again. Special appreciation to billing staff..

I am giving this store 5 star review because the gentleman that helped me was so pleasant, very helpful, and really made my day. I went to pick up an rx at 1042p, I was extremely tired from work, and Brandon with his enthusiasm put a smile on my face.

I had a horrible experience in linden st George ave cvs today. I had CVS coupons and spent 2 hours getting all I needed. One was 25% off non sale items. I went to register they rang it all up and coupons did not get accepted. Then manager said take everything re ring it with coupon on top of the items. Spent another 20 minutes at register. Then it stopped accepting their own coupons. The manager said pay this now snd we will do another transaction for the rest. I said. I want to coupons to be applied.

He again said the same thing. I got so upset and I took my coupons and left everything there. I told them I never had trouble in Rahway.
I also said I’ll never come back.

DROVE TO RAWHAY !!!!. The girls that worked there could not be nicer . The man manager helped me with the sale. Everything went well. And they said the other manager could not be bothered helping me. It was easier for him to say what he said.

Love Rahway CVS. I Always had a great experience there. Very nice polite workers and the manager is top notch.

They need to get rid of that manager in linden st George.

Hello CVS!! I was at CVS in St. George in Rahway, NJ: Store # 00905 and they were very friendly. On April 18, 2018 I'm glad that I was not followed at the store like I was going to steal something. (Lol)...The workers and customer services let me wait for my grandmother's prescription to be ready an shop at my own pace. Only CVS in Rahway Store #00905 deserves all 5 stars!! Speaking from my own experience!! Great Camera Quality by the way only at CVS in Rahway, NJ Store #00905. I currently still go there.

This product allowed me to walk again (I had athletes foot) from walking around for 11 hours in a Amazon Warehouse. I had it in between my pinky toe on my right foot being in a Warehouse where the climate changes from warm to cold to frigid I'm so happy I used it. I was buying the store brand at first being cheap but it did nothing for me. They're always fully stocked with [ Lotrimin Ultra ] and they stay open 24 hours.

He is very exceptional and caring and very smart. He is personable and caring. I had a few problems, that he solved with a smile.He went above and beyond for me. I’m 82 and some things are difficult for me.

I love CVS has everything that I need when I need it the only bad thing is the pharmacy but other than that everything is good

I don’t know why the bad comments, I was there hundred of times, always people trying to help you, pharmacy is always busy, but they immediately run to take care of you. Besides, always I get good deals and coupons to let me pay a lot less than Walgreens.

The pharmacist Michelle was AWESOME!!! Great service and understanding of my situation...overall great experience. She is a HUGE asset to you company and professional image. Thank you

The store always is stocked well. Sale items as well. Employees always helpful when asked.
