Chipotle Mexican Grill

This review is not necessarily about this location per se. We ordered catering from this location, and it was ready 30 minutes late, which made us late for the event that we were bringing food to. We complained to corporate and corporate gave us a gift card for the full price of the catering. That's actually amazing customer service, and it's one of the reasons why I am a loyal Chipotle customer. When Chipotle doesn't get it right (no place ever gets it right all the time), they make it up to you to make it right.

I went on St. Patrick’s day to take out and their staff was working so hard. The line was so long and every staff member in there was hustling. Their manager was also helping customers and his staff be as efficient as possible with the large amount of orders coming in both in restaurant and pick up orders. It was my first time at this location and I was very impressed.

I usually come here and enjoy the service, but today was better than ever. Mai was amazing.
It was super busy and she took the time to greet every guest and make sure everyone left happy.

I did an online order and it was done at the time I set for pick up! Very fast and when I got my order, it was pretty full of food so no complains here! Loved my chicken bowl!

My entire reason for leaving this review is because of the cashier whinie I was informed that’s her name she is the young lady with glasses, but I have got to say I have had a few complaints about this location but she is by far one of the best employees there, anything I ask for she literally gets it with a smile never has an attitude! You can tell she loves her job and customers like me love employees like her she makes something as simple as grabbing dinner enjoyable!

This store is usually clean and the staff does their best to keep up with the crazy volume they get at times. The person that always stands out is an employee named Kelly. She's always focused and makes sure to get your order right the 1st time without error. Anytime She has worked on my order I've never been disappointed. A lot of people don't appreciate the service from a good worker, but the recognition of a great worker is something she deserves!!!

I love the services of the servers. They try to reduce wait time via division of labour.

My review is not for chipotle but for the young women working November 5th at around 230pm on takeout orders at the 1101 Morris ave location. Anyone who complains about waiting too long is unaware of the impossible amount of orders employees have to process. I waited a while, but I need you to know the young women working were working well beyond their pay grade and job description doing everything in their ability to make sure the customers present and waiting got their orders. To say the least they deserve a raise. I think the way the app sets up orders according to specific time slots is unethical considering the amount of orders employees have to attend to. It’s also unrealistic and sets up customers to be disappointed not that that matters what matters is that employees always bear the brunt of customer dissatisfaction. You need a more humane system. And you need to value these employees working incredibly hard for a faceless compassion less corporation. Don’t reply to this with something patronizing thanks I think we’re beyond that.

Significant improvement! This place has had terrible reviews since it opened, and I can attest to this. The place used to be dirty, food was always cold, delivery/pickup on time, rude employees. I stayed away for a long time after several bad experiences.

But this week, my husband and I took a chance and ordered pickup, and what a fantastic improvement. Looks to be under new management - all of the rude employees gone, food is hot and well prepared, pickup on time. I even asked my husband “are you sure you picked this up from the Chipotle in Union?” We even came back the next day to order again. I am very pleased that they are listening to their customers and making positive changes. I hope it stays this way!

I almost didn't order from this location based on all of the negative reviews, but I did any way and it was wonderful! My mobile order was ready on time, portions were perfect, and everything was delicious. I will definitely be going back!

The store assistant manager is awesome I love how attentive he is with my catering orders .Super sweet guy and very helpful.! My order is always on time .

Excellent service, kind, patient, professional staff. Today 6pm, 8-2-22 I was sincerely impressed by the staff at this location. They had to deal with difficult customers and they did it with an exceptional attitude. They cared for their customers.

I know this Chipotle usually gets bad reviews, but they’ve just switched it up ! More staff , salad dressing, it’s definitely headed to a five star chain 🤗

Ok so with the rise in covid cases...chipotle made an amazing effort to still provide us fresh delicious food while keeping us safe, with digital payment and easy pickup as soon as you walking. 10 outta 10 service. I recommend

I went in to order takeout. Everyone was friendly and the bowls were full/regular portion (I see some comments about half full bowls - wasn’t the case for me). Would return again in future.

I remembered last year before the pandemic that I would always go here for lunch after my classes at Kean University! The food is so delicious! I hope to come visit this chipotle again if I'm not busy!

The location it's very convenient, Starbucks and panera around also, parking its tight but pretty good if you ask me. The line can be long depending on the time you go get your food, handicapped parking available

Love Chipotle so much. But the store is always super busy. Waited 20 min for my order plus the drive over there.

They have the best pick up operation in our area. I have had bad experiences using their app in other places. I appreciate the service!

Nelson and Esther were phenomenal , very polite and helpful, these businesses need more employees like them!
