Jay is The Best!!! Not only has he been a friend for over 35 years, he is someone I knew I could trust to help me through this chapter of selling my house by myself, since my husband died over 8 years ago. This was my second time working with Laurel, my first as a purchaser, and my second time as a seller. Laurel is wonderful to work with! I was thinking about selling my home in Greensville, but with the pandemic of Covid-19 I was worried about it. I remembered that my mom had gotten a recommendation from her lawyer to use Ann Hansen. My mom was very happy with using Ann. So I figured, mom knows best and I called Ann Hansen.
That was the best call I ever made. Not only did I get Ann Hansen, but I also got her husband Martin. They are a wonderful team, and complement each other. I can not tell you enough, how fantastic they were through the whole process of selling my home. They did everything starting with the picture taking, to going there for the inspection and the final walk through. They were with me the whole time. They knew all the right marketing techniques for my home. They had beautiful pictures taken of the inside and outside. Best of all they sold my house on the first day! They even got me more than the asking price I showed the house for two more days because we had prior appointments. I had a few issues with the home. Laurel Lustgarten was fantastic through the home buying process, from keeping on top of the listings that matched my criteria to suggesting others that came up in the market. The house we ended up closing on was absolutely perfect for our family. Laurel saw it come on the market on the first day got us into the property quickly and our offer was in that night. During the inspections she was on top of everything , she even kept the deal together after the appraisal. I cant say enough about Laurel absolutely the best decision we made using her for both our sale and purchase.
