Saima has been amazing in my journey of recovery. I’m grateful for her, her knowledge and her magic hands of wonder with maximum effort of trying to fix my muscles and make me feel better. It’s always a pleasure coming here. :) thank you!

The staff here are all amazing! Stephanie at front desk is kind and always on top of making sure I am reminded of my appointments and my options to reschedule etc. Saima was my therapist and from the very beginning she was very sweet, knowledgeable and understanding. I became connected to her over the weeks as she is just a nice person in general to talk to. I would definitely recommend northern physics therapy for those who want a great rehabilitation experience.

Everyone at Northern Physical Therapy is great! From the ladies at the front desk to the Physical Therapists, everyone is upbeat and laid back. I had carpal tunnel surgery and ulnar nerve release surgery and my surgeon recommended four weeks of PT. I have attended four PT sessions and I can already feel an improvement in mobility and strength in my affected hand. I would also like to add that my 2 1/2 year old son comes with me to all of my appointments, and everyone treats him so nicely. Thank you all!!

I just finished my Physical Therapie here. I had surgery in my right and left shoulder. It was a long and sometimes painful process but Saima kept me motivated and listened to all my concerns - she is amazing! Stefanie at the front desk is always so sweet and nice - we had some good laughs! All the ladies there are super nice. Thank you for everything!

I have been here previously and have always had a good experience. All staff has been great. There is a on site Doctor of Physical Therapy and I feel evaluations have been accurate. I haven't been going long enough to know how well my progress will be since I was given a second dr. script switching from hip to back therapy. Hip rehab was ju
st over two weeks and has helped some.

I'm recovering from knee surgery and Claire and Melissa have carefully challenged me to gain my strength back. I love their positive energy and expertise! Michelle at the front desk has been helpful as well!

I have recently finished another round of physical therapy in Ogdensburg, and left feeling much better than when I started. Everyone was pleasant, attentive and accommodating, as I had scheduling issues due to visiting family in distant locations. Emily was very helpful, especially in providing exercises I could do at home or away. I will stop back in when I can to use the machines and special equipment at my own pace. I would definitely recommend Northern Physical Therapy to anyone for their specialized physical therapy needs.

Everyone in the office was amazing and so helpful. When I started physical therapy I was having bad back pain and pain in both my hips and by the time I was done with my sessions I only had pain in my right hip still but was given the stretches and everything I needed to deal with the pain on my own at home. They were great about me having to bring my children in with me and every time I had my younger child they would always talk to her and help me keep her calm and happy so I could get through my session! If I ever needed physical therapy again I would for sure go back to this place

This is the best place I have ever been to for physical therapy!! And honestly the only place I received actual relief from. I have a chronic shoulder and neck problem; I got better and stronger, while attending appointments.
Now almost a year later, I am still grateful for their services! The owners and staff are amazing, they listen, and work to help you! I truly believe they have a passion for their work, and care for their patients outcomes. I went for almost a year and observed them treating everyone just as well!
They have a tv and a couple things for the kids in the waiting room, and never acted burdened by my kids who had to attend appointments with me. If you live in Watertown, I recommend you take the drive to LeRay. I would not be where I am today with out them.

Came to Northern physical therapy after a previous appointment at a physical therapist went horrible. Jeff was amazing. His staff are friendly and accommodating. You never feel like you are being rushed. He takes his time to get to know you and does his best to meet your needs. I highly recommend this physical therapy group.

I have been using Northern Physical Therapy in Clayton for at least 8 years for back pain, hip pain and eventual replacement, knee replacement, and pulled muscles from falling. I would strongly recommend both pre- and post-operative therapy. The physical therapists are wonderful, treating you with respect and making the exercises as enjoyable as they can when you are in pain. Each time, they are able to relieve my pain and get me moving again.

This place is the best. I work with Jeff and he goes above and beyond to help me get through this knee replacement with all the issues I have had. He will try new things and is always encouraging. I will never go anywhere else for my physical therapy needs. The other therapists are always friendly and caring. They are the best.

Unfortunately my back issue is acting up again. This time I knew not to let it go so long before getting treatment. Northern Physical Therapy fixed me up 4 years ago with treatment of proper stretches. With weight gain and not being faithful with doing my stretches at home I am returning to Northern Physical Therapy. The staff is very friendly and tend to your needs. I will get back on track with the proper stretches for my back issues and be able to enjoy life again. A big shout to NPT...Thank you!!! 🥰

Mike was great helping me with my back. He was very polite and made sure I wasn’t in a lot of pain doing the exercises. Though physical therapy didn’t work for my pain, I definitely would recommend this place they are so polite and like a family! He tried so hard to help me, but sadly nothing worked and it wasn’t his fault. Found out I may need surgery.

Northern Physical Therapy is a family run business, and treat you as if family. The building is on a ground floor level from the parking area and this ease of access was found valuable and appreciated during the treatment with recovery.The staff were very professional during all stages of rehabilitation, such as preparing for and recovering from knee surgery. NPT coordinated well with the medical facility which had performed the surgery.

My son needed Physical Therapy for his ankle. Northern Physical Therapy was very accommodating in regards to our busy schedule. Emily was amazing with my son and we appreciated the time she took with him. Thank you! Highly recommended!

This is a wonderful place, they actually care about you and genuinely want to help you get better. They have the experience and equipment to help you and figure out what is causing you pain. I would describe it as a wonderful wonderland of exercise and strength training. They love sweater vests and one person used to be a basketball coach for Syracuse, if you go I'm sure you'll figure out who it is.

Awesome group of hardworking professionals. I have been to this place a number of times for PT and have no complaints. My last round of PT was for a rotator cuff repair. If it weren’t for the staff at NPT, i know I would still be in pain and not able to use my shoulder as much as I can.

NPT was great before and after my hip replacement. In particular, Claire was compassionate, professional, and knowledgeable. I will be having a knee replacement this spring and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I injured my right shoulder back in Aug. When I started therapy with Salma I could barely move my right arm. Now after I finish the program, Im back to being able to move my arm and bear weight with it. The staff is awesome, they always greeted me with a smile and worked with me to ensure as close to full recovery as possible. Regardless of who I saw, they cared for me as if I was family. Ill give you more stars in the rating if it was possible.
