We had a wonderful experience a couple weeks ago. We came into the store to buy items for a painting project. We weren't sure exactly what to buy and we had quite a few questions. Joe B in paint helped us immensely. He was courteous, kind, and funny! He was full of knowledge and we really really appreciate all the advice! Our next project, we'll be in to talk to Joe again! After not receiving part of my expedited delivery yesterday and speaking to several people, the DeWitt store manager Adam, went above and beyond and personally brought the missing items to my house in his personal vehicle. I'm blown away with that level of customer service.

Every time I visit, I get assistance, even before I ask for it, the beat me to it. Most staff are very knowledgeable and courteous. Super friendly and down-to-earth. Highly recommend this location for all your home shopping accessories! Thank you all!

Plants for starters are reasonably priced, and employees have always been able to guide me in the right direction for what i was looking for

Receiving is always patient and organized when I make deliveries here. Nothing in life is perfect but with the volume of trucks they get, a 5 star rating is definitely more than appropriate.

In store inventory seems to be lower than ever but arrives really quick when ordering online for in store pickup

This place is big , you can get all your building needs and some , employees work hard to help you find what you need, if you need help sometime you might have to wait a few due to the worker In that area is the right person for the area maybe helping another customer, they do their best to help everyone In the best timely matter , great prices for great products, no apple pay or tap pay , many other ways to pay , sign up for a home depot credit card while your there and save,

Spending time at home depot always gives me a similar feeling to smoking that dirty ciggy after ... well ... you know... don't make say it outloud my mom reads this stuff

Visited the kids’ workshop for Mother’s Day weekend and had a blast. This store goes above and beyond to make it a great experience.

Since the holidays, the employees have improved their helpfulness. I had 3 people in a 20min store visit asked if I needed any help. I didn’t on this visit, but it was much appreciated.

Diana Manager at store #1236 is always helpful. She is always training new staff to meet customer demands. Doesn’t matter what’s going on, she is always smiling, and making customers feel warm.

Had a very easy visit to H.D. today. Replacing hot water plumbing connections that are not playing together well. Corrosion between different metals. Had everything I needed, including dielectric adapters.
