I have been going to Dr. Q for over 10 years.
He has performed many root canals and two tooth implants for me.
He is always equipped with the latest technology available to get the job done with a minimum of pain. The technology has improved vastly over the last 20 years.
The facilities are always spotless and comfortable.
During the procedures I find that I am very confident in the work he is doing since he explains every step and is careful to make sure that you are comfortable by talking to you about what you are feeling or not feeling.
But what I think is the most telling aspect of the experience in his office is the staff. They all seem very competent and all of them have been working for him for over 10 years except one, who has been there for four years. I believe that the length of time that they have worked for him shows that he treats his employees well, which tells me that he is a caring person. It also shows up in the high level of teamwork that they all exhibit.

I would highly recommend this practice to family and friends! I had a root canal, an extraction and an implant with Dr.Quevedo. There was minimal discomfort during and after. The whole dental team displayed the height of compassion, knowledge, efficiency and prices are competitive. The Dr. was patient with my questions and answered them in language I could understand.

Absolutely blown away! Dr. Q was able to fix my tooth when no other dentist was able. He gave me a permanent solution to a cosmetic problem & he saw me the same day. So grateful for him!

Dr. Quevedo and his staff are very thoughtful and compassionate. They do everything they can to make you comfortable and to make your visit as stress free as possible. I've had root canal therapy a few times in the past and this was the least stressful,and as strange as it may sound,most pleasant experience by far. I would highly recommend them!

I received top notch care from Dr. Quevedo and all his staff in this state of the art facility. Dr. Quevedo gave me an implant and a couple of root canals. I immediately felt at ease and knew that I was in the best hands. My comfort was ensured throughout. Dr. Quevedo displays equanimity and is very personable. He took his time and every measure while painstakingly explaining all the aspects of what was involved. He patiently listened, whether it was a simple query or dilemma presented, and was never rushed when responding. I have been very satisfied with his approach, which has been very realistic, wholistic, knowledgeable, scientific and empathetic. He is very thorough with everything. His expertise and experience are self evident. All these attributes are also true of his nurses who show seamless team work. I received excellent follow-ups. I was very fortunate to have had such a great experience.

I saw Dr. Quevedo after chipping one of my front teeth. Since it was so visible, I was very nervous about what my smile would wind up looking like and whether or not treatment would be painful. After arriving at their office, my fears were quickly resolved. Dr. Q and his staff go out of their way to make sure their patients feel comfortable and to calm the anxieties that so many feel before having dental work done. They were able to fit me into their schedule right away and fix my tooth so that it looks and feels good as new!

One of the best dental provider's that I have ever had. He is funny and his staff are wonderful, which made going through the procedure much less uncomfortable. If I ever need a root canal or implant, I will absolutely go to him! He is incredibly patient with you. Also, the office is very warm and welcoming.

I needed to be treated for a root canal in a hurry, Dr. Quevedo and his staff were extremely accommodating, scheduling an appointment and treatment in short order. Dr. Joe has a great manner and his treatment of my condition was painless and flawless. I highly recommend Quevedo Endodontics, couldn't have had a better experience.

Dr. Quevedo is an excellent Endodontist. I have been treated by him on several occasions. He is precise, meticulous, and genuinely cares for his patients. Dr. Quevedo takes time to explain each step and check on his patients comfort levels throughout the procedure. The staff is professional and courteous..

I would like to share that Dr. Joseph Quevedo's dental practice is the very best! The entire staff puts you at ease from the moment you arrive. Dr. Quevedo is very knowledgeable in the procedures that he preforms; he is also a perfectionist. Dr. Quevedo takes the time to listen, plan and then thoroughly explain how the procedure will unfold. During the procedure he frequently asks that you are doing ok. His competence, chair-side manner and most up-to-date equipment make being treated a no stress experience. Along with being given verbally by Dr. Quevedo, printed follow-up instructions are provided. Staff will make a follow-up phone call the next day and Dr. is sure to call you back if there are any concerns no matter how small.

Thanks to Dr. Quevedo I now have teeth, implants, and can smile and chew normal food! I recommend Dr. Quevedo to anyone needing an endodontist or implants; he is definitely 5 Stars!

I would highly recommend Dr. Quevedo! He took his time, explained everything and it was pain free. He is professional and does quality work. The staff was also very friendly and even called in the days following my root canal to see how I was feeling. 5 stars all around for sure!

He did a really great job on my root canal! I am pregnant and they were super cautious and accommodating! They also had TVs in their patient rooms which I always love!

My main complaint is that when I got my root canal done, the person I spoke to about payment told me because my insurance covers 80% of the cost of a root canal. I would get a check from my insurance for 80% of the cost of the root canal (which was $1500). But as it turns out there's a maximum amount that insurance thinks a root canal is worth and they won't pay more than 80% of that (which for me was $700). I would understand not being told about this possibility if I had just paid the money and went along with whatever they said, but I showed great concern about the cost of the root canal and asked several times about payment/the process with the insurance and was told that I would be reimbursed for 80% of the $1500 cost. I can't help but think that they knew about this possibility and neglected to tell me so that they could keep my business. If I had known it was going to cost me $800 for the root canal after insurance reimbursement instead of $300 (which I was led to believe I would be reimbursed $1200 from my insurance instead of $700), then I would have gone somewhere else. Now there's nothing I can do about it and I have $500 less than I thought I would this month.

refered by my dentist for horrible nerve pain. took great care of me. my teeth are a mess and he was awesome and caring. the fee situation was less than desirable. but dental works always costs too much and insurance always covers way too little. it’s the ‘murican way! glad to have found this provider in rochester.

I’m absolutely disgusted in the way you treated my mother today. My mom who has stage 4 cancer has to start treatment this coming up week. She has a abscess in her tooth and referred to you to have a root canal. The only way she can have chemo is if her tooth gets fixed and has no infection!!! She had all the necessary 3D X-rays taken two days prior to coming to your office. You insisted that she have another one and then never even completed the root canal and instead called another doctor and sent her away. Then proceeded to charge her a rediculous amount! 300 for a 3D X-ray when she had already paid two days prior 150 for the exact 3D X-ray! Your obviously not a good dentist. No compassion, in a rush and no patients. If you have been referred to this dentist I would seriously think again.
