Call them for car accident only interested in knowing if we have insurance and the other parties insurance. Wasting 30 minutes on the phone and no attorney available next week and will contact us if they decide to take our case and represent us. Should have tell us earlier that no attorney was available instead of asking for detail of the accident to see if it’s worth their time.

I was working with them and they switched my case to someone else without informing me and it took me reaching out for an update to be told that essentially said it wasn’t their issue and to stop contacting them and to reach out to this man I’ve built no familiarity or rapport with and as I’ve reached out to this person he has given no response. It’s been months since I reached out, and my accident was a year ago with no resolution in sight. What a poor service and business practice. Do not waste your time here.

Took them three years to finish a case for a tbone accident. I had to call and email them constantly to get a response. Terrible company, please reconsider using them.

Case settled 6 months ago and have been given the run around. Can't get anyone to answer. Monique Guerra also goes by Barbara and she seems to be just as confused about what is doing. Told me it would be 60 days to get my finds. Then 60 to 90... last I heard it got lost in the shuffle and it had to be resubmitted. Then nothing. My case isn't a "big payer" for them but this is ridiculous. Definitely would not recommend.

I had managed to negotiate my own settlement prior to retaining this firm. I thought hiring an attorney would help me negotiate a more reasonable offer, I was wrong! I provided them everything they needed to draft a demand letter, medical bills and records, my own demand letter, police report, everything. After waiting 7 months I was told they were still waiting on a bill they insisted on ordering themselves before they could start to draft a letter. I wanted something, anything to show that I was moving forward, and they couldn't provide anything.

After expressing my dissatisfaction, I was told my case was moved to the top of the pile and that I would have a demand letter by the next morning. That was a lie! More than a week later and I still hadn't received anything. I have to handle my own negotiation if I want to settle before the statute of limitations runs out. I was rear-ended by a guy driving 60 miles an hour and I was dead stopped. He totaled both our cars and managed to hit another car after me. This was a slam dunk, open and shut case, but they couldn't handle it. I'm going to be reporting them to the better business bureau, and hopefully nobody loses money because of these guys.

I dont even know where to begin with this law firm but to say stay far far away. The communication is completely non existent unless you repeatedly request information. They seem to drag your case out as long as possible with no explanation. I have a basic car accident and its already been almost 4 years in with no closure in sight. I have been lied to about case progress and bounced around between 10 different people. Take everyone's advice and hire some professional who will listen and actually help you. This law firm is clearly way over booked to handle its case load and actually care for its clients.

I worked for a chiropractor and a couple of clients had gone thru Phillips Law Firm for car accidents. I tried numerous times to get status on these cases and could not get a response from no one - not via phone calls, messaging, email, etc. I feel for those with active cases and can't get information - it is impossible. Do not hire them.

I have a open on the job injury/auto accident case, and has been open since 2016, I have had three different attorneys with this company for the same case, I was talked into doing a arbitration last October which was just a joke.i was offered under 2,000 in my pocket after everything was said and done February . Until I brought it to there a attention that I should not have to pay back L&I 9,000. Received a call 2 months later that L&I took off 4,000 in April and I should be hearing from someone within 1-2 days, it’s been a month since then and yesterday I got a email that there is a discrepancy with blue cross. Who has nothing to do with me and my case, I’m am furious and disgusted with how I’ve been handled. I would have been better off representing myself. I don’t know what to do at this point.
