When I was placing my order I was a bit undecided on what’s spring rate I should use. Got on the phone with Broadway and was surprised to actually have someone on the phone not only asking about my setup , but what I intended to use it for and for the future going forward. Even went as far as to ask wheel spec, tire size , and ride height preference.
Couldn’t be happier with how my car feels!

Has gone out of there way to help me and answer all my questions in finding me the right suspension for my 350z. They have sat on the phone with me explaining everything and helping and emailing! Amazing people and amazing company! The customer service is great!

Overall I have had an excellent experience. Even with the waiting process which that can be the hardest part. Also kept me up-to-date and answered all my questions. Broadway suspension is the GOAT!!! Their customer service has surpass all my expectations. Everybody has recommended me Broadway Static and now I see the reason why! they helped me from ordering special add-ons to helping me with my spring rate and what spring size so that I can achieve the best results.
