CVS

I am really shocked at the horrible reviews for this CVS! I live 2 hours away from my doctor who is basically across the road from them so l first took my paper scripts to them and now he sends my electronic scripts there. So l have been using them for a while…. Super nice, professional and helpful every time!! The worst CVS pharmacist is at the Patterson ave CVS. So incredibly rude to me and the staff at my doctors office. I am a medical professional so understand pressure and maintaining a professional attitude and at times it’s tough, but every single time l went there, the same rudeness from him. And l only went there because the staff at broad street pharmacy let me know they didn’t have the quantity l needed and checked around for me!! They even apologized for the other pharmacists behavior! One of the sweetest people working there was Rachael , who is no longer there and l truly miss her. So l have never had a bad experience there in the years l have been going there.

Juliana (sp?) helped me find the product I was looking for even though they had rearranged
the first aid section. She was very knowledgeable about the selection and asked me the right questions until I found what I needed, thanks!

I needed to get a vaccine and the pharmacy staff was so nice and accommodating! They were busy, but made sure to get to me as soon as they could. Definitely will be sending my future prescriptions here.

I frequent this CVS about weekly and it is usually a boring in and out trip. Today I went in and the staff was amazing. Shout outs to Ebony. I even walked out with an orchid that I wasn't planning on buying. Love it!

Really helpful pharmacist. The drive thru is always pretty busy but they get people thru quickly. Polite staff.

Prescriptions filled promptly, easily transferred when doctors office sent to wrong location, and very professional and friendly. Love it.

I get a text notification that the prescription is ready but a lot of times it is not ready.
I switched from the Cox road address to this one.

Since I have Anthem as my insurance I'm forced to go to CVS since they are both under the same corporate umbrella they have decided to make it more expensive to go anywhere else.
Not sure how they can do this seems like it would be a monopoly in some way. Politicians at this time are more loyal to corporations than to voters I'll just go along with it for now

First problem. Box containing colonoscopy prep had been opened. Told to bring back for another. Upon arrival was treated like I had opened the box myself even tho I had not. Second problem. Went yesterday to pick up 2 medicines that were ready. Upon arriving home, had only been given 60 day supply of one med instead of 90 that I had paid for. Was told to return for third bottle. When arrived, young lady closed drive thru window while she and pharmacist discussed matter. Then gave me the bottle. I was beginning to think I was the only one this happened to until reading reviews. I don't like being treated like a liar because of someone's ineptness in filling prescriptions. The irony? This medicine comes in bottles of 30 pills from manufacturer. Only had to put 3 bottles in the bag for 90 day supply and couldn't even do that. This place has gone from decent to really poor. Will be looking for another pharmacy.

Store employees are great! But talking to the woman that said she was the pharmacy manager was the worst experience I ever had with any pharmacy ever. Was rude, abrupt, and condescending. I transferred pharmacies just because of this person.

Went in to get prescription filled. Pharmacist took my prescription and then told me they didn’t have any in stock. Then proceeded to tell me that other stores in the area are busy as well and “good luck”. Would have been helpful if he could have looked to see if another store had any in stock instead of just sending a sick customer on their way. Won’t be going back to this store.
