Steak bowl!! Upgraded steak (cilantro and lime flavoring). Brown rice, peppers and onions, salsa, sour cream and guac! Bottled water $20.

This is by far the best chipotle in the area. The staff is absolutely wonderful and they always get our order 100% correct all the time. Tonight our pick up order was snagged by someone else and the lovely girl working to go immediately got to work remaking our order for us. I did not catch her name but she was great!

Counter staff were fast and efficient during our visit and with a late afternoon rush of business. The sofritas were tasty. At some point all Chipotles went the way of uninviting decor, hard surfaces, and loud music. Unless the weather is good for sitting outside the experience of dining in the restaurant is not pleasant. I'd come back to this location anytime for food to go. The staff were on their A-game.

To be honest it was my first time there my girlfriend has been there a lot I had the chicken bowl it was delicious everything there was delicious even the fountain drink will be going back soon thank you

We live in Auburn and we go to this location almost weekly. Staff are always friendly and the restaurant and bathroom is always clean. Recently we ordered to go and something happened where my order location was wrong and the Camillus location made our to go order without us having to pay again. I am blown away by their customer service and will continue to frequent this location :)

Chipotles can definitely be a mixed bag these days. Dig through my own review history and you'll find evidence of that. This Chipotle is one of the good (great) ones left. The staff is always super on point, and they'll never skimp on anything. If you ask for extra of anything they'll not only give it to you, they'll then ask you if it's enough. It's subtle details like that which make all the difference. The person who I can tell is the manager is also never hesitant to jump on the line when things get busy, and I've personally seen them giving outstanding training to employees on several occasions. When you have good management like that it trickles down to customer experience, and that's exactly the case here. It might be a slightly longer wait at this location than others, but it's for good reason.

Everything appeared to be sterile and clean as soon as you walk in. I was warmly greeted by all staff, as I was the only person in line. I asked for extra veggies and the staff certainly indulged me. My carnitas burrito bowl was huge, much bigger than any other that I've ordered in the past. It was delicious and fed me for roughly 3 meals. Great experience at this location, I'll definitely return and recommend.

I eat out alot since I'm always working, but I never leave reviews. Today the whole staff took care of my mess up with the app location when I ordered. I just took lunch at around 4:20, got to Chipotle at 430 and have another 4 hours to work so I didn't have time to make another trip to the location the app chose, I thought it would have remembered that I've ordered from the same spot but that was my mess up. The staff worked as a team, could obviously tell I was frustrated and calmed me down, offered to make my food to help me out. One young lady called the other store for me cancelled my order and resolved my botched online order, another gentleman who helped relax my obviously irritated self offered to get the order taken care of on the spot. One of the young lady's behind the counter jumped right in and helped make my food. The staff there is great, I never had a staff take charge and react in such a clutch moment as they just did. Awesome location, awesome people, awesome customer service and teamwork. Thank you again.

One of the best in the area. The store is always clean when I come in and the atmosphere is great. They have been progressively getting more busy as time goes on which is a good sign that they make good food but also that they are keeping customers and gaining new ones. Staff is very friendly especially the night time managers. When I stop in for dinner one is always a ball of positive energy for this team and the other seems to be friendly and have good raport with his people and handles them well.

I know Chipotle is a chain, but I have to give a shout out to this location. They do a really good job. Also, the ONE time they sent me the wrong order via doordash, they quickly sent me another one and comped the purchase. Also, they crush the lunch rush. That team is fast! High five, ya'll!

Never fails to always have excellent customer service and outstanding food. Definitely a machine restaurant getting people through the line quickly and efficiently. Everyone who works here always has a smile on and is super pleasant. You guys are the best!
