Betsy is a superb leader and this specific location benefits from her and the other managerial staffs’ ability to operate and advocate for their staff. Simply put, they make anything happen day-in and day-out!

Customer service in the area has gone downhill a lot, but this Burger King is always ontop of it! Betsey cashed me out (or at least that’s the name on the receipt but I think her name started with an H) and she was incredibly bubbly and super sweet. Also the manager is great! While waiting for my food I overheard her encouraging her staff and telling them how good they’re doing.

This is the Burger King you should go to in Syracuse. The staff is friendly; probably one of the best teams I’ve seen at a BK franchise. They are also very clean. This is the type of Burger King I’m sure corporate sends teams to learn from.

They have better service then any of the other fast food restaurants around n always give my kids bk crowns without me even asking! They also are one of the only fast food places around here that dont mess up the orders .

Always get fresh hot food from here and the crew here keeps it cleaner then most locations

I pulled into Burger King to grab a couple of $1 burgers that was extremely happy with the service I got from the drive-thru window the woman that took care of my food order was extremely polite and very helpful someone you should get a raise too
