Kyle was excellent! He helped us with a large purchase! His guidance, professionalism is outstanding! Chris the manager was as well! We will definitely be purchasing through them going forward with any furniture!!

We met Kenny in Sept 2022 when we purchased three pieces. To our surprise, he was our salesman this time around too. He provided us with a warm welcome and as our first time, Kenny helped us make an easy and quick decision on our current purchase. Kudos to Kenny!!!

Customer service was prompt, experience, was great. We shared our choice and our sales person Nick , he not only showed us but showed us our options. So we not only purchased the original option we decided to purchase the chair as well. My only wish was not getting the ottoman. I’ll talk to Nick our salesman next time. He was great.

The salesman was very good, he didnt follow us around everywhere and gave us ery good information about the furniture we wanted. He also set up the delivery and warranty information without pressuring us to get the warranty. We had a very good experience

I knew I needed a new mattress but wanted to wait. The salesperson was so down to earth & helpful that the situation gave me permission to get what I need now! I truly realized that no amount of mattress flipping would give me the back support that I really need & I need it now lol. Best decision ever🙌🏾

Nick was very helpful. Let me shop with out hovering and told me if I had any questions he’s happy to help. When I did have questions, he showed me all my options. Very professional, friendly, and informative.

Our experience at Bob's was stellar. Our saleslady Stacey was outstanding. She wasn't pushy, but she was very informative and pleasant. We have furniture from Bob's that we bought 16 years ago!! We know we are going tonlove our baby's bew big girl bed!

We are a returning customer because of Nick! Earlier this year, we purchased a sofa set and mattress. Nick is attentive to our needs and helped us make the right choice. We came back again to buy a second sofa set.

I recently went to the Bob’s discount furniture store (Staten Island location) and had the easiest , smoothest shopping experience. Nick was my salesman and he went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed and wanted and made any changes I wanted along the way with no issues.

Friendly staff who helped me to make a selection of my choice, in a timely manner. Purchase was made easy a double and triple check was made to make sure my purchased items would be delivered to the correct address!

The store floor salesmen were wonderful! Kenny took my order. Chris pointed out a few good features on a few pieces of furniture and demostrated the Bluetooth feature on a combined fireplace cabinet /tv stand! Store is clean, organized nicely. My 1st time in store. I was impressed. It was the abovr named 2 salesmen that appealed to me and I brought the pieces.

I knew what I was interested in when I went into the store. I was greeted friendly by Keith and he showed me the chair I was looking for. Originally out of stock, he found that the chair would be delivered in early May. I highly recommend.

Even though they were unable to place my order because I was in a different state.customer service was very excellent and got me directed to where I needed to go promptly and that was very well appreciated.
