Spoke with the owner Jerry- He was open minded and he was able to fit me in for a scheduled boiler descaling. The Team at minutemen sewer & drain is very knowledgeable. It's a brand new unit I have and I like to stick with plumbers who know what they are doing, This is clearly the case at this company. Highly recommend them 5 Stars!. Will add pictures of the boiler after the descaling!

So my hot water tank was old and corroded and black specks were coming out in our water. I just had a baby and was so worried about washing bottles but Jerry’s team saved the day. In less than 12 hours someone was at our house replacing the unit and at a much better cost than another company was quoting us. The other company was also trying to get me to spend on other parts while Jerry’s team was honest and reasonable. They also called the next day to make sure everything was working well and that we were happy. Now our water is clean and we would highly recommend minutemen to anyone! Thanks minutemen!!

Used Minuteman Sewer & Drain today and they sent a repairman who was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and expeditious in his work. They are a 24 hour service, but after calling other 24 hour services they were the only who responded and came to fix my leaking radiator immediately. I highly recommend them

We found a leak in the basement Thursday night from the shower above. MinuteMen came first thing Friday. Needed to replace the pan, take down and reinstall shower door, take up tiles and replace along with the major plumbing hassle of replacing the shower Pan - and we had a seat which meant more tile/marble torn up. From the minute they showed up, they were great. Worked from Friday straight thru to this morning (each day). Minimal dust and disturbance, cleaned up beautifully each day and were extremely competent and professional. Have used them for big (this and sewer pipe clean out) and small problems - night and day - and they have always been wonderful. They even finished earlier than they told us it would take!!

This is the second time that I’ve used Bill and his crew. They are reliable, professional, always on time, and do a great job. Plumbing issues sometimes fall under the “emergency” category, (at least in my case!!) and once again, they were fabulous. Highly recommend!!

Highly recommend Bill and Minutemen Sewer. Bill was professional, reliable and responsive. I gave him a call on a Friday, he asked a few questions to assess the issue and said he would come by 1st thing Monday morning. He showed up as promised and was in and out within 2 hours. He cleaned up everything before leaving. Would highly recommend!! I will call him for all my plumbing issues bc he is knowledgeable and honest.

Very prompt and courteous service. William was able to think outside the box to solve a shower spray head problem without resorting to breaking the wall behind shower to work around a faulty existing condition….I was expecting guests in 2 days and he averted disaster!! Works great!

We had a small leak from the baseboard in our kitchen. We called another plumber, who changed the valve and then “flushed out our pipes”, then charged us $750. For the next couple of days all I heard was water rushing through my walls. The baseboards became very loud and we developed a second leak in the bathroom that was pouring down to my basement. When I called this plumber back he told me he didn’t sleep very well last night I would need to reschedule. That’s what led me to reach out to my Facebook Levitown group for Bill Siccone’s phone number. Within hours, one of Bills employees, Chad, was at our door. He identified our issues right away and fix them very promptly and professionally. We will definitely be calling back for any plumbing issues or renovation projects in the future.

Will was very professional and punctual. He did the service I needed and requested. He cleared my main sewer line and it is working better than ever. I would use Minutemen plumbing again in a heartbeat.

I needed a plumber for our clogged kitchen sink. I got Bills info from a local Facebook Mom group where he was highly recommended. He called me back right away. After telling him the problem he told me on the phone the possible issues and the cost to fix them. He was at my house no more then 15 minutes after I called him. Fixed the two week problem we were having in about 20 minutes. Super professional , super friendly, very reasonably priced. He was so nice to my dog and let my dad look on and learn :) I highly recommend.

I had a very active ceiling pipe leak in my laundry room and two repairmen were here within 40 minutes!
These two men were friendly, respectful and fixed the problem.

I have used Minuteman Plumbing for the past 4-5 years. I can’t say enough good things about them. The mechanics are professional, knowledgeable and on time. The price has always been fair. They even followed up to see how the job went. More than satisfied.

I'm writing this about 20 minutes after the Minuteman guy came out for a leak we had. Really nice guy that asked about the plants my wife has out front....found out he's a plant guy. We had an issue with a burst pipe heading to our sprinkler system. The tech was very helpful and was able to show how we could stop the leak and turn water back on to our house. While he did charge for coming out the amount was pretty low for what I know is the going rate for coming out to a home in the NY / Long Island area. All in all I have no complaints, I was happy at his professionalism and I would recommend them to friends and neighbors.

This company was outstanding, I had an emergency on the coldest night when our boiler went out. I called minute men and they sent someone out within a half hour then they were here next day to install new oil burner so I can have heat. Their employees Francisco and Ricardo were outstanding, knowledgeable and professional. I would and will recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you again Jerry for being there when I needed help.
