Even though they couldn’t take my case because my settlement wasnt the biggest they weren’t greedy but instead gave me multiple solutions on what I can do to get through my situation. Definitely a lot more helpful and useful than my previous lawyers who just withdrew from my case and didn’t give me any other solutions.

I was involved in an accident where the driver that struck me died at the scene, and I ended up breaking my back and sternum. The vehicle that struck me had state minimum insurance and left nothing to go after for my necessary care and surgery. I highly recommend Pendergast law firm and if was able to leave a 10 star review for Zach the Paraleagal that worked on my case I would. I wasn’t going to use a attorney. I thought dealing with my car insurance company would be easy and fairly cut and dry. It was not. I learned quickly it is the job of the insurance company to not fairly take care of you. I was treated rudely and unfairly by my car insurance company. Zach and Pendergast firm helped me all along the way being patient with me and helping with so many things. Zach went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care and understood the whole process. We settled for more than I was expecting. I trust Zach and Pendergast completely. I have recommended them to several people and will continue to.
