Scam artists! Avoid this place. They over charged by $30 dollars for no reason. I parked 2 days in a row. The first day was correct, as listed on the sign. The second day (same exact times as the first day), they added $30 extra for no reason.

I park here once a month or so. Typically lengthy waits. Today I was brought the complete incorrect vehicle, prompting this review. Took approximately 25 minutes to receive the car on pickup today, at 1130pm on a Sunday night with no other customers present when I arrived. Really disappointed.

Scammers, went here two days in a row and on the second day they charged $20 more for the same car and the same time. Called them and they just said their pricing signs inside are not up to date.

They try to extort money from you. They have their prices clearly listed but when I was paying they said their signs were wrong. Not sure if it was just a corrupt employee or if the company encourages this. Either way never going back.

My husband and I got a week of parking at the Icon parking on East 95th Street for my brother in law, he took his car out during the day and when he went back they charged him extra saying that he wasn’t allowed to take the car in and out if he was just staying a week, only monthly clients could remove their cars while staying, and on top of that they didn’t let him park anymore and won’t give our money back for the 6 other days that he didn’t park there.

We live right on top of the Icon Parking, at Normandie Court, all of our friends and family members that stay with us would park there but now that we know Icon Parking is so unhelpful we will be sure to have our guests park somewhere else.
