Dr papaleo has always been kind caring and understanding everytime I've seen him would definitely recommend him 🫶 he's a great cardiologist

My husband has been a patient of
Dr. Papaleo for almost 4 years after having a heart attack. The day of his heart attack, I had just arrived at emergency where I met
the doctor. His first words to me were
"we were able to stop the heart attack, no damage to his heart muscle".
So if your looking for a reason why you should trust your heart with Dr. Papaleo, I think you
just read one!

I know a number of people who are patients at this facility, and every one of them complains about the antiquated and uncomfortable Sign -in/ Sign-out line. It is the worst protocol for dealing with patients of any office I've been in, at least during the last two decades. And for cardiac patients!

Too hurried with exams, always rushing to leave the exam room before I had a chance to ask a question or describe a symptom. Seemed generally disinterested in my conditions or health. Look elsewhere for a cardiologist, as flip attitudes and easy answers are all you’ll get here.

This Dr treats my mother, has put her through a thousand tests that never resulted in any information, yet labels her as someone with heart disease. When I went with her to her appt with her and he nonchalantly threw this term out for the first time I said “wait she has heart disease?” And then could not even explain to me why this was a diagnosis after several questions. Never a straight answer. The nurses also never know what medications she is on and argue with her when she tries to correct them (in a very nice way, she is a sweetheart).

Rafael Papaleo’s office is very unprofessional, my appointment was canceled and rescheduled because he wasn’t feeling well, which prolonged being seen. This place was aware of my heart condition. The day of the appointment, the office calls me and says I have to be early bc of his policy, the staff that rescheduled my appointment stated I can come in by 4:30, now they are saying I can’t come bc i won’t be there by 4pm, So it was ok for me to reschedule and cancel my plans for him but it’s not ok for me to be seen bc i won’t get there til 4:15 instead of 4pm.
