Erick at 5531 Westpointe Plaza store was absolutely incredible! He helped us add a line, upgrade phones, change service plans and made sure we took full advantage of our T-Mobile benefits! He made sure we knew what to expect with our new add ons and that we were comfortable throughout the whole process! Explained everything so well, I feel like a T-Mobile expert! Erick was great to talk to and we hope we get the honor of always going to Erick for our T-Mobile needs!!!

Had absolutely no problem. It was a bit slow at first with someone already helping a customer but once the lady came out from the back to help it wasn't bad at all. I already knew what was i looking for and she got it done for me. Even had time to help another customer with an issue while we was waiting on my phone from the back. Had no issues.

Very very excellent service, Millie was very helpful, been a client for T-Mobile for a while and she walk me threw a nice pay plan for a iPhone 14, very smooth process, she deserves a 5 stars, got successfully the iPhone 14 pro and came back and got another one for my sibling, will come again soon. After having a terrible experience at the store down the street I came in here and was helped by GEE. That man needs a raise was super friendly, extremely knowledgeable and even stroke up a conversation during my process. Finished the deal with a handshake which is rare in this world today. 10/10 experience would recommended

I've honestly never had a bad experience from the folks inside. They're always helpful and even if they can't fix a problem they genuinely are sympathetic with you. Been with TMobile since 2008 and I plan to keep them.

Great customer service, went here after the one on Hilliard Rome said I couldn’t trade in my phone there. This location was very quick, friendly, and professional with helping me trade in my phone!

Kendy & G took amazing care of my Fiancé and I today !! This location was clean, everyone was wearing masks the entire time we were in there. And we were in there for 2 1/2 - 3 hours which was totally fine because they transferred all our data from my old iPhone to my new iPhone then from my fiancé iPhone to his new Andriod One 8 Plus phone it was an incredible experience we all laughed and joked the entire time. They made what I had thought was going to be a stressful experience a fun and overly enjoyable one. I am grateful for such amazing customer service since I work in customer service myself 😊 Thank you to these two amazing employees and to this store for also limiting the amount of people they were letting in as well, this was so very important to me as I am an immune compromised person. They made sure to have everyone maintain a very far and safe distance from me and my fiancé. Kendy and G thank you so much we love all of our new devices you two were beyond amazing !!!!

Gee did an excellent job setting up my new service. I needed a mobile router activated for my business and he explained the service plans and got me activated in under 10 minutes. T-mobiles plan prices are cheaper than AT&T and you get more data. I recommend this T-Mobile store to anyone looking for friendly and professional service.

Went in initially for a Sprint to T-Mobile SIM card switch, and on a whim decided to swap my phone in for a new one. Gee was fantastic through the whole process! This will definitely be my go-to T-Mobile store!

Man come see these professionals at the Hilliard-Rome T-Mobile store .... went for a phone upgrade and I was incredibly satisfied with the professionalism and friendliness of these men. I was there till wayyyyy past store closing time and G still helped me with no rush and all kinds of patience. Next day, went to a bunch of stores looking for a case for the new phone..... no luck. Went back to TMOBILE and of course I got VIP service again. 5+ stars as my appreciation

I had been to At least 10 different T mobile stores to try to get my phone fixed or figure out my best options all in witch tryed to sell me a new phone. Until I ran in to the store manager at this location.(I believe he’s name was Tyler)he resolved my problem immediately with no questions ask and got me on my way. Very friendly people and would definitely recommend this shop to anyone who is setting up new services or just in need of some help with the service you have .... thanks Tyler

Ab was extremely patient and helpful at this store. Not only was he kind but he was also very knowledgeable in switching our plan from Verizon and helping to set up our new phones. We were very satisfied with the service that was provided and highly recommend this location and the salesman, Ab!

Oh my god. I lost everything when my phone got stolen. I bought another phone immeadiately from T-mobile. I didn't remember any codes, passwords. Nothing. I found my a old phone. I went into West point t-mobile. I asked Anthony panicking I need help bad. He calmed me down and was able to transfer all pics and contacts. Anthony thank you so much. Lifesaver.
