Thank you Ariel!! Honestly had a really good experience. I went to 4 different stores looking for an outfit for my son with no luck. When I stopped in there was only one outfit I found that would work, but it was missing 1 of 3 pieces and it didn’t have a tag. Ariel help me out and she was extremely professional and got me a price on everything extremely fast with the help of a manager. Definitely recommend this Marshall’s because of her speedy and polite help.

I Go shopping at all the different marshals near And around Columbus Ohio and this one has a pretty good selection compared to most and the service there is excellent I haven’t had a bad experience yet they’re always super friendly and more than helpful and of course you can’t beat the prices for the name brand stuff that they have I definitely recommend going and checking it out.

I decided to stop by to see if they had a pot for a houseplant, as I was not able to find one elsewhere.

I was distracted by the purses (mine needed to be replaced badly). Found a nice purse for a really good price.

I also asked a store associate where the pots were. He walked me over to them. And alas- the pot I chose was on clearance. Woo hoo!!

Was able to walk right in and purchase 2 sketch books that were fabulous and at the perfect price point!

Bought 3 tops all adorable for a plus-size gal who likes a lot of feminine touches.

Check out was fabtastic. Extra service with a smile. When I asked her name , it was the store manager! Wow, the first time I've ever run into working management before. Refreshing!!! Will definitely return.

I like this store great shopping

I've shopped at Marshalls before. However it's been quite sometime. This shopping experience was as enjoyable this time as the last. If you're a name brand shopper this is the place to go. Had I had the time, I could've spent hours. I'm a person that browses every department. I like dressing nicely and tastefully decorating my home. I can do both there without breaking the bank.

Great sales and always some discounted treasure shopping

I had purchased a couple of items the day before yesterday and the cashier forgot to give me one of the bags. I realized next day. I called the store and they were already aware and hold them for me. I went today (two days after) the manager Derick was really nice and apologize for the inconvenience. I got a discount on another purchase I made, Zac (cashier) who also apologized was really nice too.
We seriously need more people like them. Oh and the lady on the entrance which I didn’t get her name was also great! Everything was super fast and pleasant.

This is my favorite Marshall’s! They always have a great selection- especially in shoes! It’s always busy here, no matter what day or time of the day. So if you don’t like waiting in line or like to complain about the line, this might not be the location for you. 👀 I’m very patient, so this doesn’t bother me! Great place to get really cheap sports gear too! I found CBJ shirts for $6! Definitely the place to go for gifts or items for yourself.

This store has so many great gift ideas and seasonal decorations. The clothes are nice and good brands. It is a really fun store to shop and well organized. It is neat considering that some shoppers just dig and leave big messes. Some shoppers are so rude and disrespectful to the store and other shoppers.

On top of already loving Marshall’s, I had the best experience with a cashier today by the name Milly. I had an unusual situation with a return and she was very competent and helped resolve things. I got a store credit and then we applied that to my purchases today. Definitely a satisfied customer and this store now has my heart because of its great and hardworking team members. Also, the elderly man that greets at the door is just the sweetest guy. He makes it a goal to never miss a customer on their way in/out. Thank you, Marshall’s!

Good prices. They need some larger clothes, then it would be spectacular.

As to be expected, the products available at Marshall's are hit and miss. However, I love shopping around to see what they have. The store and dressing rooms are clean, and there is generally a good selection of clothing, shoes, handbags, beauty products and home decor to choose from. I also love that they have gift bags and tissue paper- you can get everything you need for a last minute gift here.

I love this store, especially at Christmas. Tons of gift ideas, the best decorations, great prices. The store was clean and well organized. The employees were friendly and helpful.

Never had a bad experience at a Marshalls. They have name brand clothes for a fraction of the cost. The store is always clean and well organized. They have public restrooms that are always clean. Just wish they had a larger selection of mens sneakers. I shop here at least a couple times a month.
