I'm not mad at this place. I haven't had any crazy experiences in this store. I'm a returning customer and would return again. Not sure about the return policy, so far I haven't had to take anything back. But I have asked and feel like you won't be getting any money back unless you use a credit card? 🤷🏾‍♀🤔 There's usually something super cute in there and reasonably priced. I appreciate having a store like this in my area.

Super clean and associates were very attentive and friendly!! Although I think I accidentally came off as rude to one of the associates cause I heard her talking about me to another associate once I walked away😅As one retail employee to another, try to be more quiet about that stuff.

My husband took my son here to look for Jordan’s. They were very rude to them, never offered to help them . Not how you do business, especially when the shoes cost as much as they do. Would never recommend this place to anyone because of the poor customer service.

I’m starting to think these employees are taught to be rude/ghetto. Both place I went to in Columbus the employees act the same. This location has a security guard that just follows you around, breathing down your neck making you uncomfortable on purpose. Basically abusing his job to not let customers want to comeback which will lead to less sales and ultimately store shutdowns. He’s built like a sack of dirty potatoes and looks like he has an iq of a rock. He can use some training on skills and complexion before he runs the franchise down with those employees.

ME AND MY HUSBAND WENT TO THE HILLIARD LOCATION TO PURCHASE THE RETRO 4 BLACK,YELLOW THUNDER MIND YOU THEY WAS FOR SALE.WE WENT TO PURCHASE THEM AND THE LADY SAID THEY WAS HERS THAT SHE ALREADY PURCHASED THEM BUT THEY WAS STILL OUT.WENT BACK NEXT DAY THEY WAS STILL THERE...SHE SAID THE ONLY REASON THEY WAS OUT WAS FOR DISPLAY..VERY POOR ATTITUDE THE GENTLEMAN THERE YOU COULD TELL WANTED TO HELP BUT THE LADY THERE WAS SO GHETTO HE EVEN STAYED OUT OF HER WAY.WE WAS GONNA PURCHASE $500 IN ITEMS WE JUST WALKED OUT.NEVER SHOP THERE UNPROFESSIONAL....RUDE.
