Verizon Authorized Retailer – GoWireless

I never knew this place even existed until a few months ago. To be honest, I haven't had the best experiences with Verizon Authorized Stores in the past so I wasn't too keen at trying another one. Let me tell you, I am SO glad I did!! Today was THE BEST experience! Vincent was extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and helpful in getting us the help we needed in a very short time frame. When I had called the Verizon corporate store (on River Road), they said I would have to come in, sign papers, etc. and with the iPhone10 being released today, that would have been a 2+hr trip with many headaches. Vincent was able to help us accomplish all we needed within minutes! He and James are outstanding and we will ALWAYS go back to this store! You have a loyal customer for life! If you want to save yourself a headache, time, and money, I highly recommend coming here!

I had quite the nice experience with James and Vincent when getting a Note 8 and phone transferrings a couple days back. First of all, these two have the honest agenda to make sure Everything is finished precisely perfect and their happy go personalities bring a just good time. They quite very nicely know their occupation and and Do Not try to jiff the customers at all! It was actually well after their closing time before they finished the last of everything I wanted done. Now most all of their after closing time work on a few of my cells was my responsibility but they obviously went way out of their way to help me!
Quite sure there's not to many businesses around that would click that much time after closing to make sure the customer got everything he wanted. Fact of the matter, this Verizon well has more than 5 stars in my view and any wise one would definitely choose their business!

Maxwell was amazing! Graham was amazing! I loved the customer service! I will only go to this Verizon store from now on!! They were over the top with excellent customer service! Thank you Verizon for having such amazing employees! They trouble shot my problems, and made getting a new phone fun!

It was so nice to be greeted by Vincent's friendly smile as I walked into the Verizon store. I told him about the problems I was having with my phone; he immediately showed me how to contact Verizon customer support. I stayed in the store as I texted back and forth with Verizon customer support so I could ask Vincent questions if I got lost navigating my phone while working with customer support. The tips Vincent shared with me were so helpful and will give me increased confidence in the future when I work with my sophisticated android phone.

I was amazed with the high level of professionalism that Maxwell had as a customer service representative at the Verizon store in Washington, Utah. My cell phone needed a reboot and Maxwell did everything he could to make sure my photos were all saved on the cloud before he rebooted my device. His knowledge and capabilities made it so I walked out of the store extremely happy to have my phone back in working order. I love great customer service!!

TL;DR version: GoWiress Verizon store is the ONLY place I will be going to manage my Verizon account and devices. They are fantastic!
I bought a factory unlocked LG V20 (US996) from B&H Photo. I was dumb enough to take it to the corporate Verizon store near Target. They were rude, unhelpful, and insulting to me. I have never had a worse in-store experience before.

I decided to try a different store before returning the phone. GoWireless was the closest and boy, what a difference! Not only was my phone activated but James, the employee that helped me, was polite, kind, patient, and upbeat! If you go there while he is working, you will not be disappointed. The system was having trouble recognizing the phone, but instead of insulting my intelligence and being rude it was the exact opposite.

Not only did James get my device activated he didn't charge me any weird fees or try to upsell me on anything. It was so refreshing! He also treated my phone carefully, making sure it wasn't going to fall or scrape anything while the corporate store treated it roughly putting several scratches on the factory screen protector (thankfully I left it on when I took it in).

I am incredibly grateful for the help for James at GoWireless for getting my phone activated and added to my account. I highly recommend this store!

Vincent was top notch. His customer service was definitely 5 stars. He took the time to explain everything in detail. Way better experience than the other Verizon store in town.

I had a great and positive experience with the store manager Vicent who is friendly, professional,and knowledgable at his work. Answer all our questions and go out his way to help me and my husband. By the time we get out of the store we are a very satisfied customers. I would recommend my friends to see Vincent at the Verizon wireless store.

A couple of my family members had a great experience with this Verizon store and told me to go to this location for my new phone. I'm glad they did because the service was excellent. The store manager was very helpful and didn't try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need or want.

Hi my name is Marietta. I'm out of Fresno California going to St George I stopped at the Verizon store for a lot of instruction and I was really confused. Dan was more than helpful, he showed me so many things that this phone will do that I had no idea about. I have been into other Verizon stores even in my fresno store and was very dissatisfied but Dan has been outstanding and I do recommend him highly as your employee I believe he is an asset to your company thank you

Max is awesome!! He helped save me money and still have a great phone plan. He didn't push to sell me something I didn't want or need. Will continue to use go wireless as long as Max works there.

WOW what an awesome experience we just had. My husband wanted a new phone, not only did did he get a new LG20, it's bigger, (will be great for his big hands), he's also getting a $200 Visa card. We removed 2 tablets so new bill will only be $15 a month more. Woot woot

Having a great experience on St George Marathon Saturday with James. In spite of having to help us file tedious paperwork- James has been super patient and accommodating and helpful. This location is ideal- there are less crowds over here! Thanks Verizon and esp. James! Customer service counts!

Eric was very knowledgeable and patience. I went over to the store by target and all they wanted was for me to buy a phone. I just needed help with the phone I have. Eric helped solved my problems and I'll be going back to see him when I upgrade. Thank you again!!

My husband wanted buy a Verizon wifi hotspot. Cade is amazing! Service was fast, fun and educational. With all of our questions answered, we made the purchase and left happy with our new Jetpack.

Ive always gone to the corporate store and digured id stop in to a retailer and i am very pleased. Adrian and Kade were a great help and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this store and these 2 guys.
