I found Dr Gran was very knowledgeable about infectious disease. We had a discussion which included my options, his recommendations, and potential outcomes. I found him respectful and willing to listen.

I have been a patient with Dr Gran for years. Highly intelligent and office staff always nice.

Dr Gran has been a Dr of mine for at least 3 yes. He has actually saved my life, I was very sick with a spinal infection. No one else knew how to treat me or it! He quickly got me on the correct antibiotics, IV and supervised my care for 2 mths. I am very grateful for his knowledge, and beside manor. Absolutely one of the most professional, Dr's I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

Dr. Gran made me wait over 3 weeks to "review my chart/records" only to then have his staff call to tell me that due to my previous negative test results, there was nothing he could do for me. I was referred to him by my Primary Doctor and had explained to the office manager previously that I was referred to Dr. Gran because of my ongoing issue for x4 months that had not resolved and my Primary Doctor did not have the ability/specialized training to treat me at that point and was requiring a Specialist. Dr. Gran didn't care to even speak to me or see me for an appointment and instead turned me away because I did not yet have a clear diagnosis (Isn't that his job?). I wouldn't waste your time here.

My calls the office and has to wait for days to get a call returned. Absolutely terrible service.
