The staff is really nice, especially the manager Amanda. She's very sweet and patient with every guest who walks in. The gym is also so CLEAN. It's probably the nicest gym I've ever gone to. The weights are most of the time where they're supposed to be and the guests are respectful.

I had a great experience! I went in for a one week pass and they were so kind and welcoming. I got the pass and the gym has great energy.

I joined LA Fitness and particularly like the facility on Forest Avenue , Staten Island. A variety of equipment to use including a nice swimming pool. The gym floor , locker rooms are very clean . The staff is helpful with good information about exercising and nutrition . They’re very friendly especially the staff members Bryan and Billy Blue-eyes. I recommend LA Fitness and if you’re a senior over 65 you may be eligible for Silver Sneakers .

You know, I finally decided to go to the gym and I am incredibly grateful how we have such a wonderful gym right in our area like what are the chances I was greeted by the Pleasant manager, Hamza I believe his name is he was incredibly helpful. Let me in the right direction and it was an all-around fulfilling experience. I can’t wait to come back. Hamza always grease me with a smile. Makes me feel at home and the overall environment of the gym itself is outstanding. Keep doing what you’re doing. I’m proud to call this gym my home

Everyone is friendly and inviting.
The general areas are pretty clean, the machines are always working and weights are always where they need to be.

I’ve tried other locations and I just didn’t feel too comfortable, but when I tried this location, I was beyond satisfied. Bryan is a worker there who is so supportive, he gives me motivation to go to the gym. I be terrified I’m going to look stupid when trying new workouts, but he gives me advice and boosts my confidence. Definitely 5 stars for his service.

I recently visited this gym and was thoroughly impressed with the facilities. The layout is spacious and well-designed, providing ample room for various workouts without feeling overcrowded.The cleanliness and maintenance of the gym are exceptional. Hamzah is really friendly, approachable, and always willing to assist with any questions or concerns. Overall, I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a clean, well-equipped, and welcoming fitness facility.

Hamza and his staff did a great job explaining the memberships and helping me get started. The facility is amazingly clean. The Personal Training team has helped me drop weight and I’m enjoying working out again because of them!

Billy Blue eyes is efficient and dedicated to ensuring members have a good experience. I met Billy at the LA Fitness at Richmond Avenue. I was arguing with another regarding keeping the door open during the class as that particular class usually packs in more than 50 people. I’m immunocompromised and explained that too the other manager who was extremely rude and disrespectful. When Billy came, he descalated the situation and I was allowed to keep the door open. Making it more of a positive experience. I had debated if I should cancel my membership but after talking to Billy, I changed my mind. He’s extremely customer focused and strives to make sure every member has a good experience.

Love this gym! Billy was amazing! He helped me with any questions I had and made it a pleasure to sign up! I would recommend him to anyone who’s looking to sign up to a LA Fitness on this island!

Spoke to Billy, he went through pricing to add my brother on to my account . Made the process much easier. Great gym have been here for years. Always clean. Staff is great. Has the equipment I need.

Hamza, the GM of LA Fitness, is absolutely amazing! He's not only nice and respectful, but also has a great sense of humor. His friendly and approachable nature creates a welcoming atmosphere at the gym. On top of that, he's quite the looker! Overall, Hamza is a fantastic GM who adds an extra dose of fun and positivity to the LA Fitness experience.

Love working out here. I’ve been a body builder for almost a decade and this fitness center definitely meets the needs of someone who lives my life style. I’m constantly getting the care and help that I need. Hamza is my main go to! Thanks for all the help man

The manager Billy is a stand up guy. I always appreciate the warm, welcoming environment. Pool area and equipment is always clean. Highly recommend!
