ShopRite of Forest & Richmond

Is there any particular reason why when they have the best deals and the best sales I have to come three times a day to see if they actually stocked up and every single day to see if the items are available ? And no one seems to have an answer every time you ask a worker when will it be available they don’t know or how much is this display that’s on sale their respond is oh I don’t know , you can check in the app or ask customer service and their other response is oh I don’t really know if they have any more of this item. whatever’s there I cannot help you or you can try to ask customer service This seems to happen every week I come in to shop specially for the sales item and you never know what time it will be available or what day , and if it’s available, no one‘s there to get it for you or to stock up on it throughout the whole day, It’s very upsetting when I find the best deals and drive-by, and I don’t find these items that are advertising the circular
They definitely need additional grocery workers to stock up on all these sale items
All I ever see is one older man stocking up and he’s constantly by his self and so many senior customers need his help . Hopefully after this review, we can see more improvements. . I can understand weekends the sale is ending. They’re out of stock. I could understand the end of the night they’re out of stock but mid weekdays 11:30 AM it’s all out of stock. So what time and what day of the week is the best day to come when everything is stocked up?

I want to acknowledge a young man named Michael P who was gathering the carts in the parking lot but saw I had a lot of bags & came over to offer to put my groceries in the car.

We spoke for a little while and I shared that someone in my family was on the spectrum, because I had a feeling he was & he confirmed it (but he also mentioned that while working at ShopRite he earned a bachelors degree in political science from CSI) and I just have to say that I commend ShopRite for giving this young man & others a chance to feel pride, confidence and a sense of self-worth for the past 5 1/2 years so it’s a win-win for everyone.

Just glad to see & meet people with disabilities are given a chance & not discriminated. I’m sure it takes a lot of time & patience training them but kuddos to your management team.

Since their renovations finished, I've seen great improvement and variety in what they stock.

Another great ShopRite on the island. Idk how much better it is than the Hylan one, but this location seemed to be renovated more recently with LED light fixtures, and a refreshed exterior.

Shop Rite of Forest &Richmond Ave is a good place to shop it's. Space for you to shop and they make good sandwiches the coldcuts,are nice and fresh

Place is well stocked. Staff is helping many and preparing orders. Great deals. Just be sure to BYOB. Free parking in the lot.

This location has the best butchers and meats on Staten Island. Customer services is also great. I once forgot my purse and they held my entire cart until I returned. Bravo!👏👏👏

They have strawberries on sale when everything else wants $9 a pack.

24hrs! I repeat. 24 hours! This is of great importance for those who work late or overnight shifts and need to pick something up on the way home.

Walking into the Dairy department at this ShopRite seems to be light years ahead of the rest of this store. Fully stocked shelves, wide variety of selection and helpful staff made this the best part of my shopping experience. Will gladly stop by again whenever I need some milk or cheese.

ShopRite was very clean had everything you needed employees are very friendly and outgoing to help you

Yes I Love My Shopping Experience At ShopRite . I Think ShopRites Prices Are Cheaper Than STOP&Shop. Be Careful in The Parking Lot

Let me tell u . I come in from Brooklyn. I love this shoprite. The staff is so positive, happy, hard working. The store is so clean. The supply is full. Live my flower girl. And my girl singer in the fruit dept and the best meat dept. The cashiers and my lotto gal. Luv them all. Great job, store, staff

Newly refurbished and is nicely laid out. There are many prepared meals now with is nice.

I stop here just for the sandwiches from the deli on my way home from work. I don't even live in Staten Island lol! They are the best I've had so far. The half hero bread is huge, as big as a regular hero in some places and they're $6.99 no matter what you put on it. They don't charge for 2 meats like some stores do and they make them a good size. You don't have to tell them "extra meat" at this deli that's for sure! Also great prices and savings at this store. Just make sure you get yourself a Shop Rite card so you can get the savings. Nice staff, never got attitude from anyone. Just a good supermarket overall. Oh and not to mention great prices on beer as well.
